I booked a massage here in the fall, based on a recommendation from a friend, so I had high hopes. I requested an afternoon appointment and confirmed all the details with the receptionist. She called back a few minutes later to ask if I could move to the morning, which was no problem, only to have her call back again to say that wouldn't work anymore and to come for my original time. My appointment was booked for 12:30, and I arrived about 10 minutes early. I was offered a glass of water and told to have a seat (in their one chair in the waiting area). I'd been waiting 45 minutes for my massage, when the staff member finally came around at 1:15, I was tense, anxious and stressed due to waiting around for so long. The massage room was rather small and bright, even though the blinds where closed. The music that was played was loud and not relaxing at all. I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff member who gave me my massage. I could hardly relax during the massage, which made the staff member more bothered, and the cherry on the top was that the massage I had requested was not the one I was given. It was almost as if their tardiness was taken out on me, by giving me a shorter, faster massage. It seemed like it was quite rushed, and I got the impression the staff member wanted to be back gossiping with her coworkers. The products used also left on awful residue on me. By the end of the experience I felt as if I needed a hot shower or bath to relax and wash off the left over product. I love supporting local businesses, but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth and unfortunately I will not be returning. First impression are the most lasting.

I have been going to Le Petite Spa in Guelph for many years now (roughly 11 years), the staff is always extremely inviting from the moment you walk in the front door and they never hesitate to pamper you completely! Michele, Jana, Jenna, and Jordan are an absolute delight to see when I come in for my treatments. The treatments are always extremely relaxing and are always done with such care. Never have I been disappointed in any treatments I've had done at the spa! These women know exactly what they're doing and you can tell they love what they do!! I will never stop having treatments done at Le Petite Spa, this place is incredible!!! Thank you ladies for all that you do!

I did the Salt Glow treatment on the 11th and it was amazing. Not only was my masseuse kind and gentle, the music that was playing, gave the atmosphere a soothing feel. I was first given a body scrub before a warm, sweet-smelling was massaged into my body. The masseuse was very respectful too. Afterwards I was served Blueberry tea that smelled heavenly and tasted delicious. My session started on time and the masseuse made sure I was not allergic to any of the products she was going to use, in addition to telling me about the treatment, before she began. Absolutely loved it and would recommend the spa to anyone!

Le Petite Spa is the ultimate destination for self-care and relaxation. From the moment you arrive, you're warmly greeted, and the tranquil atmosphere instantly puts you at ease. The building exudes great energy, love the exposed stone, the place is very clean, and the staff are absolutely lovely. The Indian Head Massage was perfection—utterly relaxing. The attention to detail, soothing ambiance, and top-tier customer service made this an unforgettable experience. If you're looking to indulge, look no further. I highly recommend Le Petite Spa and cannot wait for my return visit!

My first visit to Le Petit Spa was a couples experience which included us both receiving a Facial, followed by an Indian head massage in a romantic attic with a skylight. Beautiful atmosphere. Having had facials before , I have to say the best facial I’ve ever experienced! My partner was surprised at how much he enjoyed the experience too. Michelle and Jana made us both feel so relaxed and both are so warm and friendly Lovely time and highly recommend for a special treat!
