I tried booking a duo massage at Hovey during the holiday period, and the booking was made for the wrong day. An honest mistake from me. I had to re-book the massage on the correct day. In the end, I was charged twice for a double massage, with zero flexibility. No meeting me halfway, no goodwill gesture, not even an insurance slip for the massages. For a business that markets itself as family-run, the treatment I received felt as cold and rigid as your typical large corporation. If you look at other reviews, you will notice a similar pattern. As for the massages, they were average. Not worth the premium. Next time I'm in the region, I will give Ripplecove a try. I heard good things about it.

Such a wonderful property with unstuffy but exquisite service. The pool, lake, hot tub and spa are an huge draw as well as the Relais Chateau dining. It was a perfect relaxing getaway with my husband. I cannot wait to come back maybe to celebrate my mom’s birthday with her. The spa is perfection too with relaxation rooms, cold plunge, sauna, Hammam spa, and hot tub all overlooking the lake. I didn’t take photos because I was too immersed in relaxation but it is the most beautiful spa setting I have ever experienced.

Excellent spa that is a must visit if you're staying at the Manoir Hovey. The facilities are extremely clean and look brand new. Luckily for us, there's also not a lot of people who are using it, so at times it felt like we were in a private spa just for the two of us. We suggest using their hamam or sauna for the hot part, dipping in the lake for the cold part and lying down on their beds for the relaxation part. If you have the time, we also suggest booking a massage, and they also offer couple massages.

The addition of the spa at Hovey is simply spectacular. It has to be one of the most beautiful spas I have ever visited. The owners have thought of every detail - even an outdoor heater for robes while you dip into the hot tub outside. My massage was exquisite and I can’t remember the last time I felt so relaxed. Well worth the cost to enjoy the spa experience. You will emerge feeling relaxed, pampered and wanting to return.

Le Spa Manoir Hovey is EXCEPTIONAL! Beautiful design, impeccably clean, outstanding service. And it's so creative! Meaning you can have an outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna, steam room, Himalayan salt rub, outdoor pool, relaxation room with incredible view, you can even choose a dip in the lake!!!...easy to spend 4-6 hours here. Already planning a return trip with family and friends!
