I had a great time here, my only complaint would be that there are no lounge chairs, they have regular Adirondack sitting chairs but none to put up your feet, lie down and relax, they have zero gravity hanging chairs but it's not the same thing. People are rude, they talk, but I dont care, I tell them to shut up, it clearly says silence so don't be shy to put them in their place, the staff can't always be around to police the grounds, I come alone and want to relax and not to hear people laughing and taking super loud. And relax I did, lots of places to enjoy a hot dip, the cold plunge is not freezing so I was able to lie in it for about 5 to 10 minutes. The sauna is huge, I never felt crowded. My favorite part was the showers, the pressure was so strong and the water so amazing I wanted to stay in there for ever 😭. They have shampoo, conditioner and body wash, it smells very nice. The bathrobe that is provided and ready for you in your locker is super soft. The spa itself is not huge but very well layed out and big enough to give you all that you need for a day of rest and relaxation.
We loved our stay at the Vargas Dome. We were on a snowmobile trip so it was nicely located by the trails. The room had everything for our stay and was beautifully designed, especially loved the heated floors:) The spa is at the bottom of the hill and I recommend their fondue and spa night. A shout-out to the all the staff at L'Eternel Spa, the bartender makes a mean cosmo, and Xavier our server went above and beyond to make our evening satisfying. A big thank you to Leslie the manager she was very welcoming and accommodating, making special arrangements for our late arrival. - Donna
Beautiful spa. The winter landscape is peaceful and spectacular. The staff are very kind. BUT bathrobes are not included in the price (even when you pay for massage and access to baths) and I find that was ridiculous. For the price they charge and having to bring your own bathrobe or pay an extra 18$ was hard to understand. The only bathrooms available are at the lowest level, in the change rooms... and the massage room is on the third floor, it was a pain having to go all this distance to use the washrooms. There are washroom upstairs but it's for "staff only".
Had a great experience! Site is gorgeous and all spa hot pools, saunas and steam baths were perfect. There is one cold dip pool but that is ok, never need more than one of those anyways 😏. 4 Vibrating relaxing chairs are available. Reception was courteous and very friendly. Lots of parking space. We enjoyed our relaxing stay!! We did not eat at the restaurant on premises but menu had very interesting culinary meals.
Nice place to enjoy spa while admiring the view of Monts-Valin. The site is well equipped and offers a variety of sauna and The only turn off for me is that people don’t respect the silence at all. They talk and laugh at loud and you can’t really relax and enjoy the silence of the nature. Another thing one off the bath tub had greasy dirt on the contour. So overall good experience but there is place for improvement
