My friend and I went here on our girls weekend and did the full day spa package which included the salt cave, massage,facial, and mani/pedi. The massage and facial were great, but the mani pedi experience was horrible. I had polish on my toes, and when it came to my manicure she never had me wash my hands after the hand massage with oil nor did she clean my nails with alcohol or polish remover. My manicure was peeling and chipping by that evening. My friend had someone that didn't know what she was doing. My friend ended up stopping the manicure it was so bad, because she ended up with hang nails she didn't have before we arrived. As we were leaving I think the owner could tell we were not happy with the nails that she had the audacity to say her regular nail techs were at some mandatory training and didn't want to cancel appointments so had to call in last minute help. I would have rather her cancel the mani and pedi part of our day then have had the horrible mani and pedi. Photos are 2 days after my manicure. In a response to someone's review of me below. I did not receive a full refund and neither did my friend. And that review was not from another client as their was only one other client in the mani pedi room which was a gentleman and he got there after our pedicures were done and my mani was in process so it has to be feom an employee of that facility. I nor my friend were rude, but we were happy and we were trying to figure out how to politely leave as we were not happy with our mani pedi service. Also, I did not report the business to any authorities. I am not that petty. I would go back there for a massage but not a manicure or pedicure service.

Came over from the US to experience this place. Very clean and professional and friendly. We did the massage for two (couples massage basically) and the pedicures. I’m a licensed manicurist back in the US and this was one of the best pedicures I have ever had. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt relaxed. The massage was a massage I didn’t know I needed. I believe they did a deep tissue because I thought it was hurting. However, I was so tensed that after that massage I felt like I grew two inches. I was so knotted and tensed in my body that she got alllll the bad feelings out. Will definitely cross to come here again! Thank you for taking care of us today!

Very grateful to AK and her team. Thank you for making our Anniversary a beautiful and relaxing day! We had a nice and relaxing time in the salt cave with head massages, then we moved to a different room for a couple's massage. It was the deepest massage I've had in my life! AK is very kind and she listens to your needs and even put a lovely decoration for our anniversary! Surely a Godsend, we booked the last minute and during a Sunday. We couldn't be more grateful! If you have some time and need a good massage, give yourself the blessing to meet this nice business.

I came to the spa for a deep tissue massage and had a wonderful experience. The spa was very clean and welcoming. Toni was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away—we even had some great conversation. The massage itself was very relaxing and extremely thorough. I would definitely recommend this spa!

I had such a great experience with Ak. She is incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and professional. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. You can really tell she understands the body and knows exactly how to apply the right amount of pressure.
