What a great massage!! Probably the best relaxation massage we’ve ever experienced in our years living in Canada. We had a “couples massage” and it was worth every minute. We were so stressed with work and life in general and just had to take a moment for ourselves and I’m so glad we went here. The whole massage experience was very well done. The ambience, service, the scents, lighting, and the little things like the heated pad, the attentiveness and care of the therapists… absolutely perfect. Thank you for caring for us and letting us melt our stress away. This was also a gift for my husband’s birthday. Thank you for letting us spend time here! Their shop has a lot of trinkets too!

If I could give them zero stars, I would; their service is appalling. We booked a package including a massage, lunch, and aquapath, and upon arrival, they told us they couldn't find our reservation, even though we had made it days earlier at the spa reception( being told that they can't find our reservation in the system is clearly not our problem if we made the reservation at the spa reception). The manager on duty, unsurprisingly, was unable to offer a solution (which is why they shouldn't be a manager if they can't solve problems). Terrible service. The spa was the reason I chose to stay at the hotel, and it was completely useless. All the spa staff were incredibly incompetent.

My mom and I visited the Spa for a relaxation massage and the experience really allowed us to wind down after a long drive and the stressors of life. Mom loved the massage and she felt totally relaxed afterwards. Personally, I prefer a deeper tissue massage (which they clearly told us it wouldn’t be) but I did expect it to be deeper than what was given. If anything, the oils were nice and felt moisturizing on the body, but it was a lot of money to spend to essentially be moisturized. Mom and I had different experiences which is why I still gave the review 4 stars.

Tried to email book, as bizarrely they have no online booking option. Brooklyn kindly asked if there was a different day that they might try to accommodate, as they were full. I wrote back and said I’m currently working 9-5 during the week and inquired about any other availability. Kaytee replied “Hello, We run our massage services from 9:30am-4pm.” No explanation on this, or anything else. When I replied asking the next available weekend dates I got no response. Don’t waste your time.

Amazing experience! Went for the aquapath experience and it far exceeded our expectations! We had the whole aquapath to ourselves which made the experience very romantic and relaxing. Highlight: The Eucalyptus sauna is amazing and perfect for the cold weather sniffles Negative: the floors are extremely slippery! Be very careful going from change rooms/showers to aquapath
