Five Star Service! We bought a Bullfrog A6L Spa in Feb 2024. From sales Lisa and her team were amazing, we showed up late on a friday afternoon and she stay behind to let us see a few of the different options as we are new to the hot tub world! We decided on the model and away we went! Service, Elliot who provided all of our after sales service has been amazing and patient, I wish I had this much attention to detail in many other purchases I have made ini life, after 30 days he is still checking in with me to ensure I am enjoying the experience and that the maintenance and tub are working according to plan. No matter what happens in the future I know that I can call anytime to get excellent customer assistance and help with any issues, You could not go wrong purchasing from this team, we will be back for PLat later in the spring to put around our new Bullfrog!! Preordered a bbq with payment information. The contract said it would inform us the shipping fee before final commitment. We cancelled order because of high shipping fee. The bbq was charged against my visa since March. When we call accounting they told me I have to get a hold of the bank to cancel it instead of them reversing the transaction. I am now in the process of registering with the better business bureau. It was over $1000 dollars. My order number was ODR00915.

Ordered a plant from them, got it within a week after getting in touch with CS to arrange for shipping (which was quite reasonable, given the size of the box). Fairly well packaged, only 1-2 damaged leaves. Great place, and fairly wide selection too. 4.5/5.

I've got a few things from here. The last one was a self watering planter, very happy with that and I'm glad they advertised it. At Christmas I got a few snacks in store and have had a great experience with their staff. Just need that hot tub money now...
