Longevity Lounge Inc.

I had my first-ever cold plunge/ sauna experience at Longevity Lounge, and it was such an incredible experience! I was honestly a little nervous going in, but the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and want everyone to have a positive experience. I really appreciated the private space you’re given. It made the entire experience feel personal and relaxing rather than intimidating. The Kalix room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully set up. If you’ve been curious about trying a cold plunge but feel unsure, this is absolutely the place to do it. I’ll definitely be back!
I had an incredible experience at The Longevity Lounge in London, Ontario. I went for the red light therapy, which was amazing, followed by the cold plunge and sauna—exactly what my muscles needed. Recovery is such an important part of training and overall wellness, and Longevity Lounge truly delivers. The space is warm, clean, and welcoming, with Bluetooth speakers that allow you to fully relax and get into the recovery mindset. Everything felt thoughtfully designed to support both physical recovery and mental reset. If you haven’t been yet, you are absolutely missing out. I will definitely be back.
I seriously enjoyed my experience at Longevity Lounge! Chris - the owner - welcomed me and his positivity and good mood was infectious! He gave an overview, and left you to it; the rooms are completely private, and you have a bluetooth speaker in the sauna, which was so, so nice. Finally, the cold plunge was a challenge, BUT, I really enjoyed the motivational poster right next to you that encouraged you to do it. I would totally do this again the next time I'm in London, and I've recommended it to several friends/colleagues in London :) Thank you again, Chris!!
Highly recommend! I wish I could visit more often. This place is always welcoming, clean and all the staff have been great. I find it's the perfect escape, and for me the hot/cold cycles really make me feel better (the first one is always the most challenging). I go for ~10-12 min sauna, quick (cold) rinse in the shower, then slowly into the cold tub, focusing on breathing (long, slow, calm-ish). Can get 3 cycles like this in each session. Somehow I leave feeling relaxed and energised at the same time! Benefits the body, mends the mind, and soothes the soul.
Beautiful clean, very warm and cozy environment. The sauna was very comfortable and staff was very friendly. The only reason not a 5 star was that we are relatively new to the sauna process and didn’t feel the staff took the time to explain to us as newbie’s whole sauna process. We found we over heated a bit and got lightheaded. We learned afterwards that we should have had shorter duration in the sauna and got out cooled off between to prevent overheating. Overall we enjoyed it and will be back.
