Lucky Water Spa and Sauna Massage

I was given a stained towel. The website said “a robe and toiletries”. No robe, just shampoo and shower gel in the shower. The steam room was being used as a broom closet. The dry sauna was working. The jacuzzi was not working. So they brought me to the men’s side that had a working jacuzzi. But it got awkward when men started coming to the jacuzzi. I decided to rest a bit on the women’s side. But no peace when employees brought their lunch in and was talking with outside voices. Nothing calm and quiet. The place was messy and public areas looked like storage with lots of extra chairs that couldn’t be sat on because they were piled on each other. One employee was sleeping in the public area with extra chairs. If you look at the one photo it looks like a pile of dirty tissue on the counter up against a mirror. This place used to be nice. Too bad.

Extremely disappointed by the new price structure at the Lucky Water Spa! The place is not stellar, and some repairs are needed, but at least it used to be really cheap to attend, so the cost-benefit ratio was excellent. Now, they raised the base price and discontinued the discount program (just a few months ago, it used to be that if you pre-bought 6 entry tickets, you paid the price of 4; each visit could cost you about $17!). That's no longer available. I really wish they offered something like an unlimited pass; a sort of membership card valid for one year that allowed you to come as many times as you wanted at no extra cost.

Please don’t come here. By “spa” they mean soak in a water troff in an open room with only two spaces available then stand in small sauna. No soap, no salts, no accommodations other than towels. Seriously this place is like a fever dream and I’m willing to bet they’re running a back room rub and tug service cause no way they have 3.5 stars and the place looks like a 70’s bomb shelter. Most of the lights were off and the only noise was the workers talking and watching videos. One of the showers and sinks was broken and there was a huge water leak with mold in the ceiling above the soaking tub.

The place and the receptionist are amazing 🤩. The total pay includes the sauna and the massage. Well I missed the sauna as it was my first time. But the massage session went really well. Felt very much relaxed. The place is very much organised ✅ Keep your stuff in the locker ✅ You get called by the therapist who escorts you to the massage room ✅ Post that you can use the sauna. There are a few showers that do not shut off properly. Otherwise you are taken care of very well. I bet you’ll come back feeling sexy 😍. Highly recommend this place.

I had an incredible time at Lucky Water Spa! Although I got a bit lost trying to find the place, it was absolutely worth it once I arrived. The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming, and the facilities are top-notch. The sauna and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding, and the massage was exceptional—one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff is professional and attentive, making sure every part of the experience was enjoyable. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I highly recommend Lucky Water Spa, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
