From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere. The traditional Japanese decor and calming ambiance instantly put me at ease. The Hot Milk bath treatment was outstanding— leaving us completely refreshed and stress-free. The rooms are designed so beautifully with different themes to choose from. Not only that, there’s so much to do within the room but I’m not going to spoil it for you. The staff was professional, attentive, and incredibly friendly, making sure every need was met. The warm, aromatic herbs blended beautifully with the creamy milk bath my skin felt incredibly soft, nourished, and refreshed afterward. The setup was peaceful, the lighting perfect, and the scent? So calming it felt like therapy for both body and soul. The staff were super welcoming, professional, and attentive to every little detail. Came here for a date night with my husband and really enjoyed the place and its ambiance. We did the tub experience (cherry blossom room). The water was scolding hot for me, but the manager ended up bringing cold water to make it more comfortable for me which I appreciated! There was a private shower, snacks (matcha cake was great!) and also a kimono with a fan for some photos which was cute. The facilities are clean and nicely decorated, will definitely return to try another service. They have great membership options too which I will look into, upon payment we were given a voucher for a car wash next time we come as part of their collaboration. Thought that was a nice touch too

I had a wonderful time at Lumi Spa with my family. We went for the Red Maple Room Milk Bath experience. It was such a unique and fun way to spend the evening together, relaxing in a cozy, serene atmosphere. Lumi Spa made sure we were comfortable, offering us tea, snacks, bathrobes, and slippers, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The attention to detail and the soothing ambiance made it a perfect night of bonding and relaxation for all of us. Definitely will be coming back soon!

I recently visited Lumi Spa, a Japanese-themed spa, and had an outstanding experience. The serene atmosphere and welcoming staff instantly made me feel relaxed. I had a chance to spend some time in the tea room and it literally transported me to a calming, beautiful space, and the tea just enhanced the visit.
