If I could give more than 5 stars I would! To be able to go to a RMT who can address the issues in a gentle but VERY effective way is something that I truly appreciate as a massage client. Cindy truly cares about the whole experience, from warm table, shoulder bolsters, ambiance and encouraging relaxation throughout. The beautiful thing about having Cindy as my go to RMT and wellness practitioner as that she is able to pull from her tool belt of knowledge and training varied techniques to address so many "issues" in one session! The benefits of Somato Emotional Release are very much a contributing factor to the treatment success! Knowing that physical signs can have underlying emotional reasons for why they are showing up, and then to treat it in the way that Cindy can is such a gift. Always a gentle approach, professional and confidential. I had been going to another RMT before Cindy returned to practicing, and after my FIRST treatment back with Cindy, my chiro had immediately said it was like she was treating a new neck! SO grateful for Cindy!

My daughter had a massage with Julie and she really enjoyed it! She said it was her best massage ever. I booked the oasis room while waiting and it was perfect! So relaxing!! Loved the infrared sauna.

Cindy is amazing, the space is amazing. If you're looking for all around wellness, this is the place to go. If you've never done float therapy, do it - your mind and body will thank you.
