Manitou Springs Mineral Spa and Serenity

I visited this place on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025. This was my fifth time coming here, and it has always been a healing place for my family. However, this time was quite disappointing. On Christmas Day, the water was extremely dirty compared to previous visits. In addition, I wanted to take a quick shower at the shower area, but only cold water was available. There was a sign on the wall saying, “If cold water comes out, let the water run longer,” but no matter how long I left it running, the water never became warm. Because this place has special meaning to my family, I hope these issues can be improved in the future.
Spacious change rooms. So grateful for the inexpensive price and availability of a tampon dispenser in the ladies change room at $0.25 Little cafe to grab ice cream afterwards ! Adult one time drop in swim was $18.50 with taxes in. Clean water and very buoyant mid Aug 2024
The hotel entrance outside needs an update! It is dirty, worn, with garbage and cigarette litter right outside the main doors, spilled beverages and a few cans rolling around. It really needs a fresh coat of paint everywhere, inside too and better cleaning standards.
The lady behind the desk today was rude and unprofessional we have not been forwarded to a manager as of yet. Enjoyed going here before but Will not go back here to support this business. We will instead go to the Moosejaw Spa.
Fabulous massage and manicure/pedicure service. The salt pools are a brilliant way to relax. Highly recommend.

Make a day of it — a quick-dry towel, dry bag, and post-soak layers take almost no pack space.
