Excellent service. Fully recommend SPA Master. Even though his schedule was impacted by all the rain we had this week, he called me regularly to give me updates and recommendations on what to do with my SPA. Amazing service . I called on a friday 6pm and by 730pm a technician was at my house . The pump was broken and they had the spare parts ready and replaced the part with a superior pump that I had for the same price without asking them to do that. Truly great service and will 100% save them as my spa contact instead of the other spa companies.

I’ve used Spa Master on 2 occasions, he recently came to repair a leak; efficient and reliable , he called me back to arrange a same-day visit where he diagnosed and repaired the issue within an hour. I strongly recommend. He takes the time to explain what the repair requires and gives you tips on how to maintain your spa.
