I purchased my Michael Phelps hot tub in Sept of 2020 and have had no issues until today. When I went to start it up for the season I received an error code and contacted service. Gabriela from service returned my call promptly. When I explained my issue, she could have said, service would be out to take care of it and a 15 minute fix would have cost me $250.00. However, she told me it was an air lock and how to fix it. The fix took all of 15 minutes and now the tub works perfectly. I found her polite, knowledgeable and helpful. She is defiantly a team player. I also want to mention Daniela. On Saturday I visited the store and she was super helpful and shared information about Bromelain that I didn't know. I must say whomever is managing this store today, is a marked improvement from my experience in the past.

First time hot tub owners this is the place to go! Our first visit for products the staff were knowledgeable and never tried to pressure in buying things we didn't need. Only suggested exactly what was needed. Anytime we have needed a water sample done the staff are always happy to help. Each visit has been pleasent and the staff are always Friendly and ready to help! Definitely suggest them as your go to for your hot tub needs!

The absolute worst place to purchase anything from. terrible customer service. They run all their stuff through third parties, so when you have problems or issues, all they do is shrug and pass it off onto someone else. The third party gives you the run around, never answers emails, and randomly doubles your interest on your payments without telling or notifying you properly. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE
