I have dealt with many businesses in the Cobourg area and NEVER have I experienced the stellar kind of customer service and support , as a new hot tub owner, that I have with Debbie, her family and her employees. They went above and beyond, when they definitely didn't have to, to ensure customer satisfaction. I had 4 different young men assisting me throughout this 'new hot tub' process out here in Roseneath on two separate occasions, and each one of the employees was kind, compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all of my questions and ensured I felt comfortable and confident with my new purchase before they left. I can not recommend Mazdak Leisure, aka Beachcomber (on hwy 2 between Cobourg and Port Hope) ENOUGH!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I have never dealt with anyone in cobourg let alone even knew where it was on a map, turns out I’m 2.5 hours away but they were the ONLY place still selling a specific smoker I had been looking for for months now! I would like to give the biggest shout out to Matthew who helped me get everything I asked for and more just over the phone! I will continue doing business with Mazdak leisure from here on out and will specifically be asking for Matthew as customer service was above and beyond, I have never had such an amazing experience with a business let alone amazing and professional help all over a phone! Keep up the great work and again huge shout out to Matthew best sales associate I know:)

Fun store and awesome customer service. I drove from Port Perry to Coburg to pickup a pizza oven. Debbie was amazing to deal with. We had a small issue with the oven and the Mazdak team connected us with the Mftr's Customer Service and the Rep came to our home to check out the situation. He took the oven with him and we are told we can expect a replacement within a week. These things do happen (and always happen to my hubby) so we are grateful to have such excellent follow up and follow thru especially as the oven is a high ticket item.

We are new hot tub owners and very inexperienced but Debbie has been so helpful with our purchase! She was great to deal with when we first visited to look at tubs and her son did an excellent and thorough install at our house. They are continuously providing us with helpful information on the chemicals and what works best for our tub and are always available when we have a question. It's customer service like this that is missing from so many businesses. We are so HAPPY we went with Beachcombers in Cobourg. :)

I was in need of service to my old Beachcomber hot tub as it was not operating properly. I called for service. Someone was sent promptly to look at the tub and despite the brutally cold windy wet weather, He worked tirelessly and found the issue and fixed it. He also informed me my tub is 22 years old (it was with the house when we purchased it). Both service and product are outstanding. I will definitely purchase my next hot tub from Mazdak Leisure.
