Melt Mineral Spa

First of all, I love Melt Mineral Spa. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff at the reception are very warm and welcoming. I booked manicures for my daughter and I as I wanted her to get the full experience at Melt. Unfortunately, we left disappointed with our manicures. Both of our polish began to peel about 2 days later. My nails were not the prettiest to begin with, but I was assured that they would be able to make them look far better. They were filed inconsistently, in different shapes and the attention to detail left much to be desired. I will definitely return for their other spa services but not for a manicure.

Overall a very relaxing experience! I got the Unwind package which included a massage and a pedicure. A very calming and relaxing atmosphere from the moment you step through the door. I'm a total newbie when it comes to going to the spa, but everyone was friendly and welcoming. After checking in you are given some slippers and led to a seating area where you can sip on some tea or sparkling water. The massage room's dim lighting and calming music made it easy to unwind. The massage itself (with Kayla) was definitely relaxing, and the pedicure (also Kayla) was expertly done. I will definitely be visiting again!

My husband and I both had a relaxation massage, facial and head massage. Early Valentines Day gift to each other. They were fabulous, never had a better facial anywhere. It was so relaxing I didn’t want it to end. We both left (reluctantly, we both wanted more) feeling relaxed, like new people. All the staff are incredible, from greeting to goodbyes.. They took the time to talk and get to know us. A truly fabulous experience. We are definitely blessed to live close so we can return again. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience.

We came to melt for a couples message. Upon arrival, the level of service was exemplary. We were taken back to a lounge area where we were given hot cloths for our face and hands. Soothing music played quietly in the background and we were offered a beverage. Our masseuse was prompt in coming to get us for our massage. The room was cozy with mood lighting and soft music. The massage was heavenly. We definitely recommend any services that they offer. Our time there was fantastic. We will be back again!

I have had many pedicures in my life, but the only time I enjoy the experience is when I have a pedicure at Melt. The staff are absolutely wonderful from the front desk receptionist to the girls who provide the service. Any other place I have ever gone to for a pedicure is almost always a painful experience as they don’t quite seem to know what they’re doing. I would highly recommend Melt to anyone and I look forward to trying out their other services.
