We had our daughter's BD party at Millennium Place in Sherwood Park, and we were absolutely blown away by the entire experience! If you’re looking for a spot that delivers fun, relaxation, and top-notch facilities, this is it. 🏊 The Pool Area is INCREDIBLE! The aquatic center alone is worth the visit. The wave pool had us all laughing and splashing like kids (even the adults!), and the lazy river was the perfect place to unwind and float our stresses away. The water was clean, warm, and the whole pool area felt spacious and well-maintained. Whether you’re a swimmer or just there to play, it’s a total blast. ⛸️ Leisure Skating = Pure Joy! The leisure skating session was another highlight. The ice was smooth, the rink was spacious, and the atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly. It was such a fun way to spend an afternoon together—no pressure, just gliding and smiling! 🧒 Playground Paradise! The indoor playground is nothing short of AMAZING! Our kids didn’t want to leave. It’s vibrant, safe, and packed with creative features that kept them engaged for hours. It’s clear a lot of thought went into designing this space—parents can relax nearby while kids burn off energy. A huge win! ✨ Standout Staff & Smooth Setup! The reception team deserves a special shoutout—they were patient, kind, and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. Their warm welcome set the tone for a great day. The facility itself is exceptionally well-organized and spacious. Locker rooms, seating areas, and activity zones all flow seamlessly. Everything felt clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. 💯 Final Thoughts? Perfection! Millennium Place isn’t just a rec center—it’s a destination for families, couples, and anyone looking for quality leisure time. We left with tired kids, big smiles, and plans to return very soon. If you’re near Sherwood Park (or even in Edmonton!), don’t miss this place.

ATTENTION MANAGEMENT: Sunday, January 25th, 2026 - 2☆ rating It was nice that the Mens locker room got upgraded to digital keypads and shower curtains replaced. However, the shower facility need to be fixed, only two of the 6 shower stalls are operational, and empty soap dispensers. Saturday, January 3, 2026 - 3☆ rating Half of the men's shower is broken, non-operational. This should be fixed. The shower curtains need to be fixed and/or replaced. Saturday, December 6, 2025 - 5☆ rating My friend and I came here for the pool area and we were very impressed. The staff are helpful and friendly, the place is clean, people visiting were nice and friendly too. We both enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and dry sauna. Although the place was quite busy, given it's the weekend, the place is big enough and still spacious to enjoy ourselves. It's also nice that this place has a fast food court for quick snacks. I appreciate that boxed lockers are available for free, to store valuables. The only negative that I find was, there's no swim trunk spinner machine to dry off your swim trunk. Still, Im giving this place a 5☆ rating!

Went for the first time this week since Servus Place in St. Albert was closed, and now I’m honestly disappointed I didn’t discover this pool sooner! It was so much fun. My boys, aged 9 and 12, and my 2.5-year-old niece all loved it. I kept thinking how great it would have been to bring my boys here when they were younger. They had an absolute blast! The wave pool was a bit much for my niece, but perfect for the boys. I also really appreciated that there were toys set up near the hot tub so parents can relax while little ones play safely within reach.

We had a fantastic weekend visit to Millennium Place! The facility is clean, modern, and very family-friendly. The skating and recreation areas were excellent, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. Staff were welcoming, everything was well organized, and it’s great to see such a high-quality recreation centre serving the Sherwood Park community.

It’s an amazing facility with amazing staff. They are always very helpful and will always cater to your needs. Must try it at least once better than most of the other rec center. I have been to so far in Edmonton. The washrooms are well kept and always very clean. The gym was very clean.
