I had the most incredible experience with Ally. I booked the lux facial with the mini head spa and it was truly everything I didn’t know I needed. From the moment I laid down, I felt completely relaxed and taken care of. My skin afterward was unbelievably smooth, soft, and glowing—I genuinely couldn’t stop touching my face. The mini head spa was beyond relaxing and made the whole experience feel so elevated and luxurious. Ally has such a calming presence and is so gentle, knowledgeable, and intentional with every step. I left feeling refreshed, confident in my skin, and like I had just poured into myself in the best way. If you’re even thinking about booking—do it. This is the definition of self-care.

Love the cold plunge+infared sauna treatment here. I’m training for a marathon and I go after all of my long runs. In and out of the cold water and hot sauna helps my legs recover 10x faster. I used to move really slow for a few days after with sore legs even with intensive stretching. After a session here, I’m good to go later that day. Facility is nice and new, has a change room with large shower. The lounge is soft and relaxing, staff are friendly and welcoming. I bought a package deal so it’s as easy as booking, showing up and walking out, no fuss. Definitely recommend.

I just had my third microneedling session with Allison, and it was fantastic. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and makes the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. Allison takes the time to explain the process, checks in throughout the session, and truly cares about results. I’ve already noticed improvements in my skin, and each session keeps getting better. Modern Calm is by far the BEST spa in town! from the moment i walked in i felt very calm and welcomed. The spa attendant olivia was great to chat with and very nice as well as professional. Very clean facility. Loved my sauna and red light therapy session! also had a hydrating facial with Ally and it was incredible to say the least. Very knowledgeable about skin care! if i could give this place 100 stars i would.

I had a deep tissue massage with Alyson Mason for my lower back and hip about 2 weeks ago after dealing with constant pain for a few months due to a fall. I have to say she has a magic touch! I had minimal pain after the first treatment and went back for another session last night. The difference has been huge. I am so grateful for the relief and highly recommend her if you are dealing with back or hip pain.
