Overall, Nature Folk was pleasant. Staff and facilities were okay, but the Finnish sauna had a temporary malfunction and did not produce steam, which I was not told about beforehand, and both saunas felt not very hot. The regular bath jets are not placed for actual massage use.

I love this place! I go for many different services but I always especially love my time getting acupuncture and fire cupping with Breah! She is so sweet and nurturing and attentive and I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
One of the worst experiences ever at a spa. Customer service is everything for a place like this and saying this was lacking is an understatement.
