🌟 A life-changing experience that I will carry with me always 💯 This thermal spa is on a different level ✅️ The owner is the most genuine person I’ve ever met 💖 She didn’t just point us toward the saunas and wish us luck. She taught us how to move through the thermal cycle properly so we could feel the full power of it, and wow… it worked. Then came the ice bath ❄️ A real, full 2 minutes done the right way At first your brain screams “nope” and then suddenly your body finds this surprising, electric calm. I stepped out feeling supper confident and strong 💪 Jjust down the road, the cutest solar-powered brewery waits to complete the day 🍻 This wasn’t just relaxation. It shifted something inside me. I left feeling like the kind of person who can take on anything. I’m already excited to come back and I can’t wait for a workshop. I want to keep learning and growing from this. Five stars. Thank you for an absolutely incredible day at Nature’s Elements Spa and Wellness Retreat Center. It was so relaxing, and the beautiful outdoor setting made the experience even more special. I truly loved the yoga practice and guided routine — it gave me the space to clear my head, slow down, and be fully present in the moment. You have created such a beautiful place and an incredible experience rooted in wellness, nature, authenticity and community. My heartfelt gratitude to Tania, Dan, and Jay for the care, support, and intention you brought to the day. It truly shows in every detail. A Birthday Experience I’ll Never Forget My partner surprised me with a Hydrogen Inhalation Session and a thermal spa experience at Nature’s Elements Wellness for my birthday, and from the moment we arrived, it felt like spending the day with friends. Tan and Dan were more than welcoming — patient, informative, incredibly knowledgeable, and so humble in the way they share their space and expertise. The retreat itself is spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Their wellness centre truly feels like a little paradise tucked away in Mallorytown. After my one‑hour hydrogen session, I felt clearer in mind and lighter in body — like the fatigue and stress I’d been carrying for weeks had finally lifted. I left feeling energized, grounded, and ready to move my body again without that heavy, drained feeling. This place is a gem. I highly recommend Nature’s Elements Wellness to anyone looking for a restorative, meaningful wellness experience.

I came to soothe my winter blues and my experience more than delivered . I walked away feeling recharged , rejuvenated and connected to my body. I really enjoyed Dan and Tan’s guidance , breath work and aromatherapy incorporated into the experiences . The facility and property is gorgeous with beautiful winter views . Dan and Tan were such warm and welcoming hosts , putting my mind at ease when I was nervous about the cold bath. I had the best afternoon . Can’t wait to go back.

Visited in the summer and just getting around to writing the review now! We had an excellent experience, Dan and Tan were friendly, informative, and accommodating, and this really set the experience apart from other thermal spas. We have done numerous thermal cycles, but now thanks to them we actually understand it and know the proper breathing techniques. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. Thanks again! :)
