Nepean Spa

The person I met could not communicate in English. There was a promotion going on, and I mentioned it before we began, but she didn’t understand me. Instead, she started talking about tips and even asked me to pay before the service started. Because of her attitude, I decided to leave without receiving any service. Normally, tips are given for good service, they are not mandatory. I rely on massage every other week to help reduce pain, but professional clinics have become very expensive. Sometimes smaller places have talented staff who can provide the same quality massage at a better price. After a good massage, I usually tip 5–10%, but not more. Otherwise, I prefer going to a professional clinic. It’s important to educate your masseuses that tips should be earned through good service and must come voluntarily. They should never be begged for or demanded. I gave it 2 stars cause i have tried this place years ago and the masseuse who met me that day was kind and professional, her massage was great!

came to this massage center expecting honesty and basic professionalism. Before the therapy, they promised they would give me a receipt — I even confirmed it twice. But after the session, they refused, gave excuses, and acted like it was suddenly my problem. A business that can’t honor a simple commitment like providing a receipt is not trustworthy. If they can’t keep their word on something so basic, how can anyone trust the quality of their services? This is not how you treat paying customers. I will never return, and I strongly suggest others think twice before coming here.

I can’t say enough good things about my visit to Nepean Spa. I had been dealing with upper body soreness and stiffness from using crutches, and the massage truly helped ease the tension. Penny was exceptional — warm, friendly, and very skilled. She took the time to focus on my problem areas and made the whole experience so relaxing. The spa itself has such a peaceful, calming atmosphere. I walked out feeling lighter and so much more comfortable. Highly recommend!

I had such an amazing experience at Nepean Spa! The owners and the masseuses are extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel comfortable and cared for. You can tell they truly know what they’re doing , the service and professionalism are top-notch. It’s easily the best spa in town. Highly recommend to anyone looking to relax and be treated with great care!

Have had ok experiences there before but last time I went, massage was ok but with 20 minutes left, the masseuse wouldn’t stop talking about her tip. Asking are you tipping today? How much? You’re going to tip me yes ? Etc. to the point where I felt so uncomfortable that just stopped the massage entirely. Paid and left.
