Noah Spa de Thetford

It's not worth the trip, not even a chance! Having visited several spas in the Quebec City area, I can tell you that the Noah Spa in Thetford Mines is very disappointing. The outdoor hot tubs aren't very hot; they're freezing! They're exposed to the wind. Only two-thirds were available, and they're small with no massage jets, just whirlpool jets. The indoor pool water temperature is lukewarm, uncomfortable, and none of the neck massage jets work. The steam room is lukewarm with very little steam. The dry sauna is 50 degrees Celsius, the normal temperature for a steam room, instead of the 70-90 degree range, which is the normal sauna temperature as indicated on the thermometer. The NeuroSpa chair experience is equally disappointing; the equipment is upstairs, and the roof access hatch drips water all over you. The lounge furniture upstairs is of poor quality; we felt the support bars digging into our mid-back, which was very uncomfortable. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Don't go, you're not missing anything!
We had already gone to this spa once when it opened and it was very nice. We went there earlier this afternoon and do not plan to go back anymore. It looks like it has not been cleaned in a long time, a lot of stations are broken and some are missing parts. Some LEDs have caught fire and have burning marks, most of the LEDs are not working. Most of those things could have been fixed during the time they were closed due to Covid and are unacceptable. The price is high for the size and state of the installations.
Spa water didnt feel clean, greasy bubbles everywhere, plastic grass at the bottom of the pool, some stations were not working, some paint was missing at the bottom of the pool, couldn't walk barefoot on the grass outside as it was full of thorns, they allowed kids in the spa who were screaming and talking loud, the sauna stations floor was all cracked, the whole place did not feel clean, not a good experience especially in covid times.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! This is the second time we've tried to visit this spa. We drive three hours to enjoy the facilities. Unfortunately, one time several baths weren't working, and today the spa is completely closed (closed the same day! Despite the fact that it was listed as "open" on the website). My partner is furious, and I'm very disappointed. There won't be a third time, thank you very much!! This place is unreliable!!!
The place was pretty small for the price we paid to get there. The main bath was really loud and there was not much to do. I'd say it's a good place to sit down and relax, the exterior was actually pretty nice for the time of the year. I do not recommend for a group of friends (since you cannot talk).
