NordiQ Sauna

Ive been so excited for this place to open since I heard about it summer. I went on January 1st, which was also their opening day, and it was such a great way to kick off the year. I’d definitely recommend booking around sunset so that you can enjoy the view from the sauna or take it in while cold plunging in the lake. The staff onsite are really friendly, the office/changing area was super clean and there were lockers (with locks) to store your stuff while you do your circuit. I'm really looking forward to returning!
This place is magical. The sunset is incredible. The view of the marina is magnificent. I love the simple and practical concept in a super relaxing setting! (See photos) There are two saunas, a cold plunge pool, changing rooms and lockers, and the sunset and daytime views are stunning! The owners are attentive, I love everything! 😍 …
A fantastic place to take some time for yourself or with friends/a loved one, enjoying the view and winter in a different way. A unique experience that's more accessible than a traditional spa in terms of time and cost. I bet this concept will catch on in Quebec.
Our first time (apart from once 25 years ago up north). We were very happy with the experience here in Valleyfield. The setup was excellent. The hosts were very welcoming. And we enjoyed the benefits of the hot-cold cycle (3 cycles). We'll definitely be back.
Honestly, it's a fantastic addition to the area. The sauna/cold plunge combo lets you relax and challenge yourself at the same time. You feel incredibly relaxed afterwards. Impeccable service, I highly recommend it.

Make a day of it — a quick-dry towel, dry bag, and post-soak layers take almost no pack space.
