Northern Leisure Cambridge

We recently purchased the Williston 2 hot tub from Northern Leisure Cambridge, and our experience with Jon (the owner) was outstanding from start to finish. Jon was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in answering all of our questions leading up to the purchase. One of the best parts is that Jon also owns MOD Electrical and is a licensed electrician, so he was able to handle the full electrical setup on delivery day—such a huge bonus for us as first-time hot tub owners. On delivery day, Jon and his team arrived right on time and made the whole process look effortless. During setup, Jon discovered a shipping error: the Williston 1 had been delivered instead of the Williston 2. Instead of leaving it for another day, Jon immediately drove all the way to their Meaford warehouse (a 5-hour round trip!) to swap it out. By that evening, our correct hot tub was installed and running. His honesty really stood out—he could have easily said nothing, and we likely wouldn’t have known the difference - despite the differences between the two. We were just so excited to have our new tub. That level of integrity is rare and shows how much he truly cares about his clients. Since the install, Jon has continued to be incredibly supportive, answering all of our new-owner questions quickly and thoroughly. The service, professionalism, and value we’ve received have exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a hot tub, I can’t recommend Jon and Northern Leisure Cambridge highly enough—you’ll be in excellent hands!

Jon at Northern Leisure Cambridge / MOD Electric was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful from the very beginning of explaining all the hot tubs, right up to the end, delivering and installing the Simcoe Plug n Play. He explained everything in great detail, and also being an electrician, we asked for him to install a dedicated circuit just for the tub. Would highly recommend him. The customer service was great and I walked away with a perfect sauna for my home use. The owner helped us coordinate installation and everything was done seamlessly, the service was timely and it was a job well done.
