Moonlight Sauna Company was incredible from start to finish. I had a close friend purchase from them and he was equally impressed. I did a lot of research/comparison before going with Moonlight; ultimately, it was their high quality product and customer service that sold me. They use Western Red Cedar and the finished carpentry is incredible. Rick, my salesperson answered all of my questions and always picked up the phone. I met the wider team at the Cottage Show in Toronto, and the passion and care they exuded were second to none - this is when I was fully sold. The installation was very smooth, and Hank and Isaac (installers) were true professionals - in and out in the same day (~6 hrs). I was able to build the base, do the finishing landscaping, and run the electrical. We use the sauna as a family 4-6 days/week and love it! People who come over are amazed by the design/beauty, and one friend is already ordering one! I can't say enough good things about Moonlight. There are so many sauna companies out there that it is hard to navigate through all the options. Ultimately, I think you get what you pay for, and Moonlight is worth every penny. Great company, great product, and great people. 5-star!!

Review: We met John and his team at the Cottage Life show in March. We really liked them and their products although we took the time to look at most of the other sauna vendors. After the show we realized that for us Moonlight was our preference. So we called John to discuss the show specials, our preferences and questions; we arranged a day trip up to their facility near Listowel for further discussion, to see some saunas and ultimately to order a Classic Sauna, with a wood heater and an optional side window. Within one month the sauna was prefabricated in their shop and installed in our backyard and we've used it almost every evening since. The sauna is quality built, very solid with excellent hand crafting. You couldn't ask for better people to work with. They answered all our questions with honesty and worked so well. The sauna was built piece by piece on a concrete pad that I made from their instructions. John and Isaac came in the morning of the day they said they would come, and in the early afternoon they had completed the project. Our Classic Sauna is such a nice building that adds so much to our yard and to time spent with family and friends. Thank you Moonlight Sauna.

Abe , Susie, Ryan and the installation team were top professionals. From initial consultation, through to manufacturing and installation process, everyone at Moonlight Saunas was helpful and resourceful. There was a hick up with the stove delivery from Harvia, and the team from moonlight resolved the issue with a temporary solution that worked fantastic until my new stove arrived. Abe and Ryan also ensured that my small custom request about the door was achieved, and this customization proved to be super useful in practice. I also felt that Susie and Abe were accommodating with the payment process, and I could really tell that it was important for Moonlight team to make sure I was happy with the process and product. Additionally, the installation crew were courteous, polite and accommodating. Last but not least, Ryan Markham was the person who introduced us to Moonlight Saunas initially and spent a lot of time and many phone conversations to answer specific questions and advise on this product, so that we could decide what was the best option for us. Overall, top marks for everyone.

What a great company to deal with. I originally emailed looking for information regarding the Ramsey vs Georgian hot tubs. I received an email from Henry answering all my questions. On June 21 my son and I went in and met with Henry to purchase the Georgian. I would like to give a big thank you to Isaiah and Isaac for coming bright and early this morning and man handled the tub into position like pros. I'm very grateful that they advised me I could have the tub any way I wanted despite the electrician saying otherwise. They put the lounge chair facing the big dipper just like we were hoping. I also want to thank Henry, Abe, Hank and Rick for coming afterward and ensuring everything functioning properly. Henry stayed behind to explain maintenance etc with my son and my son said he did a great job and made it seem very easy. Also thank you to Susie for communicating and arranging delivery and processing payments. Currently enjoying our first tub right now and enjoying it thoroughly. Thank you again to all involved! Look no further than Moonlight Sauna for excellent craftsmanship, a team of caring professionals and a superb product. Thank you Susie for your patience as we tried to decide on which of the amazing products to choose from. Your guidance was appreciated so much. We are thrilled with our outdoor cube sauna. Isaac installed it on the concrete pad we built (with clear instructions from the team at Moonlight). We built our own deck and privacy wall and placed it beside our outdoor shower near our bunkie. We were tight on space as we were near a property line, but Moonlight guided us to choosing the right model. Our friends and neighbours are very impressed with this new addition to the neighbourhood.
