I was in the market for a hot tub but had no idea where to begin. I can safely say that they put in the work to make their customers feel like they can trust their product, and I'm so excited to be receiving my hot tub from them.

I have spent months chasing down a replacement hot tub cover for my Dynasty hot tub ( has raised speakers ). The amount of chasing and info gathering was crazy. The cost was becoming insane. Finally found Northern and spoke with Paulina, with in 20 min. she knew what I needed and had the cover ordered. So helpful and mannerly, They are the go to people for covers hands down.

Purchased my first hottub and Dave was great to deal with regarding finding the perfect tub for what I need. I had a virtual call with Marcus who was very knowledgeable. Teaching me all about the tub and how to use it properly. He answered all my questions and was very professional. I would recommend these guys for any of your hot tub needs.

Ordered online through Canada Hot Tub Parts. Fast shipping and better priced than Amazon. I had a minor issue with one of the items I received and it was dealt with immediately.
