Disappointing. Unprofessional. Poor quality. Made reservations weeks in advance. Had confirmations multiple times including earlier the day of. When we got there we discovered they had overbooked, and our start and finish times were to be delayed. They did offer us a complimentary 'sound bath' (meh - I fell asleep). Lucky for us our next appointment was accommodating to our delayed timeline. The change room (singular, unisex) is awkward. Lockers are falling apart. Half them were missing keys. I felt bad for people having a massage chair session in the middle of the front lobby and right next to the bathroom. The in person massage was okay at best. One of the people giving the massage was breathing like they had one lung and climbing a mountain. Also, no attention was given to the legs whatsoever. The float tanks were nice but there was mold growing on the trim and the silicone in the room. My float was also intermittently disturbed from the sounds of people walking around. I went to pay at the end, specifying I wished to pay for everyone. Confirming again when I ran my card. After leaving I discovered my card was charged again. They initially charged me the wrong price and decided to charge me again but no call or notice was given. Be very attentive to the charges they put on your card!

I did the upgraded fall special (30 min massage, 30 min red light sauna and 1 hour float) and it was AMAZING!!! That was my first time doing ANY of that but it was so worth it. The staff were very kind and gentle, the entire atmosphere was so calming and serene. The facilities were clean, the building itself was so so cool! And the actual services I got were fantastic! First was the massage, it was so good. The staff made sure to work out the nots I had in my shoulders. Then they led me to the red light sauna, which also felt amazing. I sweat so much but in the best way. The red light on my skin felt so good too! And finally, the float - the star of the show! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS. I have never gotten such a good release in my muscles and joints. I suffer with arthritis in my knees and lower back and usually even laying in bed hurts/stiffens me but this was phenomenal. Ive never experienced that level of relaxation before. My body melted into the pool of water around me and I even fell asleep at one point! Over all it was a 10/10 experience and I will definitely go back!

Absolutely amazing experience! Nu-u Float Studio & Health Bar is one of those rare places that instantly makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your well-being. The float experience was incredibly calming — I walked out feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. The space itself is spotless, modern, and has a really peaceful vibe. You can tell a lot of love and attention goes into every part of this place. Highly recommend to anyone looking to recharge, de-stress, or just treat themselves to some serious self-care. Can’t wait to come back!

My friend and I tried the Warm Winter Package and it was exactly what we needed. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, cozy, and welcoming. Everything felt clean, thoughtfully designed, and super relaxing. The float session completely melted away stress, and the whole experience felt like a reset for both body and mind. The staff were kind, professional, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. If you’re looking for the perfect self-care day or something fun and different to do with a friend, I highly recommend checking them out. We’ll definitely be back!

Total Reset and Rejuvenation 🌟 I absolutely love this place. There is something for everyone here. I definitely recommend the floats. I promise this will give you the best sleep of your life. I really enjoy a mix of red light therapy, sauna and float when I go for a total reset. My mind and body definitely needs this during our coldest months! Everyone here is welcoming and the vibe is very zen. If you need a day to yourself, give this place a chance. You will be hooked.
