Great gym overall! I love that it has everything encompassed - gym, pool & sauna, skating, etc. it’s affordable and accessible, the change rooms are spacious and the gym is well equipped. My only challenge here is that is can be SO busy, and there have been times I’ve gone to the gym to just turn around and leave because there are too many people. It would be wonderful if they introduced a time that was purposefully low-sensory (even just an hour a week) for people who can’t do crowds. Overall, my fave gym in Victoria. People are respectful, the staff is lovely, it’s clean, good amenities. Expect to take some time finding parking and check on Google to see how busy it is before you go if you’re like me & get over-stimulated when every machine is in use lol.

Wow! What a great facility:-) I was on the island for my daughter's tennis tourney and this is where it took place. The tennis courts are new, bright, clean and just excellent. We also used the pool which has slides, swing ropes, steam room and sauna. My daughter and I had a BLAST! We also ate at the cafe upstairs which is staffed by nice people and the food was just what we needed to relax on their patio between tennis matches.

Oak Bay rec center is a fantastic gym and ice arena for locals and visitors. The pool is also well maintained, clean and the hours are extensive for public use. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. They tend to remember their community members. Our family moved away from the area but when we do use the facility it is still a favorite.

A vibrant and spacious place with a very warm welcome. There is a treatment area, a large clean swimming pool that is safe for children. The membership prices are excellent, and they even offer free subscriptions for those with low income. If you want to renew your energy, I highly recommend this place

The whole place is great but please put some more funding into the gym, it’s one of the biggest factors on why people go there and it’s cable machines are in pretty bad shape along with it not having nearly enough squat racks. And over all the machines are quite low quality.
