I came in for a spa day with my sister ..we both booked a 1 hour massage and a facial, and it was honestly the best experience ever! My massage therapist, Jerry, was incredible. He gave me an amazing deep tissue massage and really knew what he was doing. You could tell he has a strong background and a lot of knowledge in his work. I’ve been dealing with pain in my left sciatic nerve, and he took the time to break it down and explain what was going on, which was so reassuring. I’ve seen other massage therapists before, but no one has ever explained it that clearly. He was super kind, professional, and thorough .. I felt incredible afterwards. My esthetician, Lactriva, was equally amazing. She had such a warm, welcoming smile and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She explained my skin type, gave me great advice, and her touch was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep . The facial was heavenly, and she even gave me a gentle neck and arm massage while my mask was setting it was perfection. Overall, it was such a great experience from start to finish. Huge thank you to both Jerry and Lactriva for making my spa day so special. Highly recommend booking with them you’ll be in the best hands!

what a blissful experience! I was gifted a facial and pedicure here, and got to use it this weekend. Never been here before so unsure what to expect.. overall 5 stars experience. The facilitates (service room, washrooms, change rooms) are clean, lounge areas are clean and they offer refreshing water & teas. I booked my appointment first thing in the morning which was nice because I got to enjoy the quietness and read my book. It does get fairly busy! so book your appointments earlier in my opinion. The ladies who assisted me, Stella & Anna Marie, are both stellar. They did a fantastic service with my facial and pedicure. The cost you pay makes it worthwhile to visit this spa because of the quality of their services! Highly recommended.

I had an amazing massage experience with June at Oasis! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed warmly at the front desk. The Egyptian-themed decor creates such a peaceful and calming atmosphere — it truly feels like an escape from the outside world. June is incredibly skilled and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable throughout and tailored the massage to my needs perfectly. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. One of my favorite parts was the tea selection — especially the ginger lemon tea, which was absolutely delicious and so soothing after the massage. Highly recommend Oasis for anyone looking for a quality massage in a serene and welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be returning!

I have been going to Oasis Spa at Mount Village for a number of years. I like the atmosphere and my favourite massage therapist for whom I keep going back. Aromatherapy services are also great. However, most of the new reception staff are rude, lack patience, don’t seem to be knowledgeable or even interested in their jobs. They are like robots, sticking to a script, unwilling to help and annoyed by questions. Even asking for the copy of a receipt I misplaced left me feeling like I had asked someone for a million dollars & was looked down upon. I am debating renewing my membership.

Sometimes we worry so much that it really becomes so overwhelming and hard. Sometimes how we feel physically really affects our mental health. Thats why selfcare is so so crucial and vital. It really is a must. Especially if one is feeling extremely low. At Oasis it was an amazing space and place to unwind and forgetting any worry or even any symptom. I especially loved their Egyptian theme throughout their spa. All the staff too are extremely friendly and lovely and made you feel like home. Absolutely loved it and would love to be back soon!
