Ocean flow wellness

Well do I have an experience 😉 Please allow me to start from the beginning. I often book for a spa every month and last month I wanted to try a different spa. Ocean Flow Wellness was one of the 3 options. They are new and had this promo going, their rating was 5* too. When I called, the girl on the line seemed cheerful. I booked for the head spa promo (now in retrospect, I should’ve just gone with it first to check out their skill) I understand that providing services is not easy to please all. Some customers will love or dislike a place. It all depends on personal experience & reference. So this is my experience. I’ll note down in a chronological order. When I arrived on site, it gave a nice, clean newness vibe. The front desk needs major training. Her English isn’t bad but she was strange. I saw on the website a special offer of free sauna + cupping or guasha for 60’+ min session. So I WANTED to go ahead with my initial booking plus 60’ facial to get the sauna. Simple enough right? But no, front desk was very argumentative and kept saying i can’t do that. By why she can’t make it work, she couldn’t explain. In the end I chose a facial + head 90’ package. She said it would come with a sauna. At this point I felt a little uncomfortable with her attitude. She acted like she was in a hurry. The massage went well, technician was nice but as you might have guessed, they don’t speak English. No one ever cared to explain the products used. When I was done with the facial, front desk came in asking if I wanted a foot massage instead of head spa (even though I booked for it) I insisted to go with head spa. In the start of my session, she came in AGAIN and told me there would be customers coming in my room. I said I’m okay. After my head spa, I told my technician I wanted to go to sauna so there would be no need to dry my hair. She was confused and I told her to bring the front desk. Front desk came in and this was when everything changed for me. With the most arrogant facial expression, she said my service didn’t go with the sauna (I’ll put the special offer for you to see) I told her then why would you told me in the beginning my package deal would come with either it or guasha. She was arguing then that they were very busy and had no time to prepare (I didn’t see anyone beside me) Seriously there are 2 kinds of people who doing this talking from 2 sides of their mouth: one is lawyer and another is scammer. I couldn’t deal with her bullshit so I gave up. Too bad they have only opened and chosen this route as a way to operate the business. Here are what I think. The price on their website and what offers in store are completely different. They will brand you different categories and give you a price. It’s better to book online. In store they will do some magical confusion and blatantly give you what you don’t ask, or don’t give you what you want, then say “it’s the language issue.” It’s funny on the way out I tipped the technician 25$ at that time there were a couple of friends asking about the facial package I had got earlier. Front desk was saying, “why don’t you ask her? She was so happy with it!” I guess she was high. She looked at me and advised me to continue buying their 10 hrs package deal. She said: “why not treating yourself!” I was looking at her face, thinking this whole experience is a joke. I have never encountered something so bad that it became a comedy. I was literally choked out of laughter. It was so bad that she asked if I was okay. I wanted some water; she said water was “out because it’s a busy day” What did she mean by sold out 😂 nothing offered to a customer who spent 150$ in your spa without getting what she specifically came for. All of that talking around and round!!! One good thing about it was I had so much luck in the next couple of weeks. I wouldn’t recommend you come at all. Their lack of honesty & transparency will be a downfall of this business. I’ll try other locations which I’m sure offer the great customer service and courteous in all ways possible.
I had a wonderful experience with Eeva. She is not only incredibly kind and gentle, but her hands truly feel healing. Every movement was done with so much care and attention — you can tell she really understands the body and wants to help. I felt seen, heard, and supported throughout the entire session. Eeva's calm energy and focused touch made me feel safe and relaxed, and even after just one session, I noticed a big difference in how my body felt. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for deep, thoughtful, and healing massage work. Thank you, Eeva — you're amazing! 🌿 谢谢你,真的很感激你的细心和温柔。
My experience was so bad. Front desk was so rude and rush me without any proper explanation of product used or what my package consisted off. She just advised me to go with the most expensive package. However in the end she didn’t give me what I came for and paid for. She said they were so busy that they couldn’t prepare and my package didn’t include that service. The story changed so rapidly. No water or tea after treatment was done! And they deleted honest feedback. That’s why you can only see 5*
Please book online because there are 2 different prices: online and in store. You will get a much better deal online. Service is good. Technician is polite and skillful. However, front desk is extremely inconsiderate & rude. There are dishonesty and lack of transparency. They rushed me even though there was no customer. When I picked for a package in store, front desk didn’t go through with it. There was no water offered after service is done. Do not recommend!
I book a massage last minute to kill time, as I was waiting for my husband having a procedure next door. Book for the promotional 60 minute full body massage, and It was one of the best massage I ever had from Eva. She did an amazing job. To say i was relaxed is an understatement. The kind of massage I require where i can close my eyes and not talk, this place gave me the relaxation i needed. The front desk people were polite and nice and efficient.
