In response to Ocean spa's comment on my post. 1. I said i didnt tip because of.... not that you said anything about a tip 2. Please explain the light flashes, changes, flickering and frequet pauses? 3. I felt and heard the vibration of the phone device on the massage table i was laying on the phone device 1000% was in there on the table. 4. I did ask half way through if everything was ok because you kept slowing down and stopped here and there Lastly i didnt say you were unprofessional however i find that behaviour unprofessional for that type of service. Based on your response and defensiveness you know it as well and that is a learning oppertunity. Thank you Had a 1 hour foot restoration massage today. Saturday February 28th wanted to leave this review after reading some of the other ones giving this a 2 star and did not leave a tip. Because I find it very unprofessional to be on your phone during a service where people are exposed to a certain degree. I will not go there for a massage where clothing would have to be removed. Thankfully, it was just my feet. So my socks and shoes were removed but I was very uncomfortable as Amy was stopping part way through every 2 or so minutes to respond to a text message or she was watching a video, as I could clearly see the light from the phone on the wall, flashing and flickering and could feel that she wasn't. Focused on my foot massage. If this wasn't the case, it would probably have been a very nice massage. Good pressure, but not focusing on me.

Just had a massage here… I could hear the massage lady’s ear buds the entire time. I am pretty sure her phone was out- which made me super uncomfortable as parts of me were exposed. I have had many massages and I can say, this was by far the worst. She was all over the place, blanket was on for a good portion of it. She jumped up on the table and was very rammy. She even hit me? Never had that before and not sure I am a fan… I wasn’t forewarned either. I got asked if I wanted hot rock mid way through for an extra $20. Talk about NOT relaxing. Language barrier was difficult. She also walked out twice- no warning or I’ll be right back- nothing. I wasn’t sure if the massage was done or what? She came back with wet towels that got cold super quick! When I went to pay, I didn’t add a tip and she looked pissed. She also stood right beside me.. very unprofessional. I never not tip- but I was highly disappointed in the massage I received and the unprofessionalism. I definitely will not be back nor will I be recommending this place.

Went here when it openned and had a great experience with the owner doing massage. This 2nd visit not so much. Massage was good but appoinment was booked wrong so had to leave and go back an hour later. The massage lady had to stop to see who came in 2x . Then called the owner and put the phone on speaker right at my head on the table! Not relaxing at all. The frustrating part I paid cash gave her $5 to start, then she saw 5$ on my bag and said 'is that for me? ' I said take it She processed to tell me she gets from her clients $20 to $50 tips because shes that good. I said thats nice for you. Right then zero more from me and I left. Shame because her massage was good but overall I got about a 50 minute massage for 60 minutes paid full price $70 with interruptions!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Koko is absolutely amazing at what she does. I went in with sore shoulders and a lot of tension in my neck, and I left feeling so much lighter—my pain was noticeably gone. She even surprised me with hot stones on my back at no extra charge, which felt incredible and made the experience even more relaxing. Koko is so kind, professional, and clearly very skilled. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their comfort. If you’re thinking about booking, do yourself a favor and book with Koko—you won’t regret it.

I went to ocean spa with heavy tension and stress from my job. As I entered the clinic, I was pleasantly greeted by Koko. I booked an hour for my massage and it was the best massage I have had. Normally the amount of pressure needs to get into my muscles isn’t hit, but Koko is a highly skilled masseuse. I would like to personally thank her for the relaxation that was needed. I will be back for sure. Thanks Ocean Spa and Koko.
