SPA Review only - I Will never go back. I had booked a massage that I had to cancel due to a family emergency. It was a very difficult time for me and I suddenly had to fly out to help my dad who has cancer. I called them immediately to cancel, but because it was Christmas Eve, they didn’t get the message until the day of the massage (26th). They charged my credit card half the cost of the appointment- which is their normal cancellation policy if you don’t give enough notice. I called them to see if anything could be done, because I had given 2 days notice, but the owner said because it was Christmas they didn’t have enough notice. And she was doing me a “favour” by only charging me half. But she wasn’t at all! She charged me exactly what the policy is. She also talked over me and went off for like 5 minutes. It was honestly just the worst experience making an already difficult time so much worse. Plus I had planned to use a gift card for the massage, but instead I paid for nothing and got an earful. I was polite and calm the whole time - I couldn’t believe that the owner would treat a customer so badly!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Oggi spa, and I can’t say enough great things about my Kazzel! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful touches that made the entire visit feel luxurious. Kazzel was exceptional—professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. She took such care with every step of the mani/pedi, making sure I was comfortable and explaining each part of the process without ever feeling rushed. Her attention to detail was amazing, and the final result was flawless. My nails have never looked better! What truly stood out was how genuinely warm and attentive she was. She created such a relaxing, spa-like experience that I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and more than a little bit spoiled. I highly recommend this spa. If you’re looking for top-quality service in a serene setting, this is the place to go!

Had the best experience at OGGI Spa today. My best friend and I were treated for Mother's Day by our husband's. They booked us in to have the 90 min facial together. The staff and girls who provided the treatments were amazing!! They catered to our needs and allowed us to have our treatments together side by side in the couple's massage room. It was so nice to relax but also chat and giggle with my bestie!! The facial was 10/10 and they included a foot massage too which we weren't expecting. Our spa therapists were Kazzel and Jenelle they rocked and we hope we made there day because they made these two Mama's feel amazing!!!

My daughter was so pleased with her manicure! Her esthetician did an excellent job on the special bluey design. This is the 2nd time we’ve gotten our nails done here and every time it’s a pleasant experience! My pedicure was super relaxing. I loved getting the scrub done my feet and legs and the foot mask was a nice touch! Not to mention the look and feel of my pedicure is beautiful. The esthetician who did my pedicure is super amazing and talented! Thank you! We will be back:) —Tara M.

I had a 90 min facial alongside my bestfriend! Our spa therapists were Kazzel and Jenelle- Fantastic service!!!!! Very relaxing. They were extremely accommodating to our needs... Would book with them again in a heartbeat. These lovely ladies helped make our day a lot brighter. (And big thanks to our husbands for the perfect mothers day gift, nothing like a spa day with your bestie.) Thank you Oggi spa! Time for minosas 🥂
