Absolutely love this spa! Have been many times for a variety of treatments and have always had an amazing, relaxing experience. Most recently, I went for a 90 minute facial. The facial treatment itself was really luxurious. However, of all of the times that I have been to this spa, this was probably my least favourite for a few reasons. First, the treatment room was frigid. I was freezing the entire treatment despite having multiple blankets. At the end of the treatment, I took a hot shower just to warm up. This unfortunately took away from the relaxation experience as at times, I was wishing for it to be over so I could warm up. Second, the front desk ladies are usually so lovely and warm. Although today felt rushed. Not sure why it felt this way but I was hustled into the change room so quickly that it felt like I was late (even though I was 20 mins early). Overall I love this spa. I was just disappointed by this particular experience.

For our anniversary, we had a wonderful getaway to Courtenay and Comox. We stayed at the lovely Old House Hotel. While here, I had a treatment at Ohspa, the onsite spa. I had a body scrub and foot massage. I loved everything about this experience. All of the staff were lovely. The location is very serene and peaceful. The treatment room was beautifully decorated. I loved the relaxation room, and I ended up sitting and relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea in the relaxation room for some time afterwards. I really enjoyed the house blend of tea that they served in the spa. They have lovely and uplifting sayings around the spa, and I felt very well cared for. The staff even went so far as to loan me a robe from the spa to use in our hotel room. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I can't wait for my next visit!

Loved my services of a facial -got the double room for two so we could have them at the same time🥰 they tailored it to my skin and I loved the products so much I even got some at the end. We were able to use the pool and hot tub and lovely change room and we made use of the lounge after our facials it had musing view and the tea and the essential oils were all so relaxing - really and truly amazing - the staff went above and beyond and made us a plate with fruit and fresh baked cookies - we were encouraged to take out time and really were made to feel extra special by the friendly staff- exceptionally clean and well decorated - thoughtful treatment rooms to maximize comfort - looking forward to many more treatments here as the entire menu looks great !

This is my favorite place to go for a facial. From the minute I walk through those glass doors, I feel rested. The girls at the front desk are so welcoming. The lounge is peaceful and relaxing while you wait before and after your treatment. Lexie is my favorite aesthetician. She pays close attention to my skin needs and tailor’s treatment every time. The hand and arm massage is an amazing bonus I highly recommend going to the Oh Spa for relaxation.

I had been given the wrong date for my appointment. The error was based the booking of/ my appointment.e t (I was told Wednesday both verbally and by voice mail). I completely rescheduled my day for my Wednesday appointment, only to find I was told the appointment on Thursday. Based on the behaviour and body language of the staff they couldn't care less and they completely up ended my day. Suffice to say it was very upsetting. '
