⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Experience and Excellent Team One Wellness Physiotherapy and Spa has been a reliably positive experience every time I visit. The practitioners are knowledgeable, attentive, and personable—they take the time to understand what you need and explain things clearly, which makes a big difference in the quality of care. The spa facilities are clean, well-maintained, and feel modern without being overdone. It’s a comfortable space that’s easy to relax in, whether you’re there for physio, massage, or a spa service. I also want to highlight the admin team. Andrea and Kelsey are consistently helpful, friendly, and organized, and they make the entire process—from booking to check-in—smooth and straightforward. Overall, One Wellness offers a high standard of service across the board, and I’d gladly recommend it.

I went to Hugh after a bad accident that left me unable to use my hand ( I’m a musician) and left me with a smashed knee and nearly unbearable pain.. Hugh have was incredible, researching and determined to help me when I had been advised I would have to have holes drilled in my arm and a metal plate put in. Hugh persisted and a year later the pain was manageable and I was starting to be able to play a bit. After that my knee began to heal with treatment and then a few years later I had hip issues from the accident. Throughout the last decade I have returned to Hugh and every single time he has helped me tremendously. I’ve been to other Physios, but none come close to the expertise I have been able to get with Hugh.

I recently Sarah Thomson for an ongoing ankle issue following a full ankle replacement. Having dealt with many injuries and surgeries over the years from work and high-level sport, I’ve worked with a wide range of physiotherapists — so I don’t say this lightly. Sarah demonstrated strong clinical knowledge, communicated clearly, and provided practical next steps I could apply immediately. Sarah was professional and engaging throughout. I left the appointment feeling reassured and confident that I can resolve this issue. Highly recommend.

I selected this clinic because they cover surgery rehabilitation under AHS. I was very pleased with the reception by the two front desk ladies who are very welcoming and knowledgeable. I am further delighted with my new physiotherapist, Natasha, who is so thorough and knowledgeable and has set me up with an excellent rehabilitation program. They have an extensive cohort of physiotherapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists and trainers, as well as a fully equipped gym and sauna. An excellent facility that I highly recommend!

I had my first acupuncture session with Dr. Cindy today (1/31/26 - 3pm), and it was such a comforting experience. She has a gentle, caring presence that immediately put me at ease. The staff were just as warm and welcoming, and the facility itself feels clean, calming, and truly well cared for. I left feeling lighter and genuinely supported. So grateful to have found this place. :-)
