Владимирские Бани

Unique spa facility featuring international spa treatments, hot & cold pools & a juice bar.
Great place if you're looking for hot banya with cold water pool and nice staff. Your glamorous girlfriend wouldn't want to come here though. So leave her at home. You can see the negative reviews from visitors who expected Nordic spa experience. This is a little Russia, my friends, I'd even say - little USSR. You may not get the most toes-kissing experience with soft golden pillows, but won't find hotter steam room in the whole GTA.
Took a group of friends here for a 40th birthday and it was wonderful! Though none of us are Russian the owners were very welcoming and the facilities are great. Really unique facilities, I loved the cold water pool and the different sauna. Price is quite reasonable for a steam sauna, an infrared sauna, a dry sauna, an ice pool and a Jacuzzi pool. Highly recommend.
Me and my friend were trying to find a place to sit, chill and talk. These guys at our entrance started to search our pockets, they were acting so rude, although the restaurant was almost empty, they asked us if we had reservation. While we said no, they guided us the worst table in spot. They did their best to make us uncomfortable and leave, so we did
The sauna itself is quite good. But I believe the place would benefit from some of staff learning and practicing proper communication with clients. A man named himself “the boss” saying that he’s 65 and it’s up to him to decide how much steam is enough ignoring many customers’ preferences, suggesting to leave. Hospitality is terrible 😣
I happily awarded 4 stars for the wood sauna - very hot—truly a rarity in the GTA. Kudos to the dedicated staff who contribute to the sauna's excellent performance. However, I deducted one star due to the relaxation area, which could benefit from some enhancements. Overall, a positive experience with just a minor room for improvement.
