LOVED my experience at Opal 21 with Linda!!! We started off with the signature pedicure!!! Then I had booked a hot stone massage!! It was sooo relaxing; that I immediately re-booked to bring my mother experience this for her birthday!!! Fully recommend this spa!! The quietness; the relaxing atmosphere; the massage chairs for the pedicures were the best I ever sat in!! Round 2- I relaxed with Jenna while my mom got treated a la “relax” ❤️ PS- I asked for a robe to really feel of vacation & relaxation!! Super comfy❤️ Merci Linda Steeve for your tenderness!

Booked a Spa package for myself and my daughter ($199 each); a little getaway for us. Enjoyed it until I had to pay and was told about the 18% gratuity charge (I missed reading the details on the website). It was non-negotiable - it felt like I was being bullied/gouged by the business. In my opinion, payment of a gratuity is (should be) at the discretion of the client; the amount they wish to pay for the quality of service(s) received. Lesson learned - READ THE FINE PRINT!

I had such a fantastic experience here! I had a 60 minute relaxation massage that was to DIE for! Eye brow wax was absolutely amazing. I've actually never been happier with my brows. I finished things off with a pedicure. The pedicure was amazing and those chairs 🤌👌 I would 100% recommend this spa to anyone looking for services. My experience with Jenna was second to none.

Professional, knowledgeable and fantastic products. Had the pleasure of spending the afternoon in Linda's care today, and came out with glowing skin, along with fingers and toes ready to take on summer stylishly. Having massage elements added in throughout the services of a half day package just kept that being treated feeling going from start to finish.

Celebrating a milestone with friends.. This was the perfect way to celebrate. Great service, total relaxation, the ladies were super polite and very friendly. OPAL 21 is a must try for a nice relaxation and well deserved pampering. Give it a try and you won’t regret it. 🌟🌟 …
