I’m going through menopause and I have a very hard time falling asleep. I have heard a lot of good benefits from the cold plunge but I didn’t have a chance to try it out. I’m so glad Orijin Yoga studio just added the sauna and cold plunge service so I decided to give it a try. The studio offers a bathrobe and towels for this service. I started with the sauna for an approximately 10 mims (There is a bucket of water and essential oil to pour on the rocks to get the sauna extra steamy and refreshing) after the sauna I quickly rinsed off the sweat and got into the ice cold bath. I lasted only 2 mins the first time in the cold bath and straight away into the sauna for another 10 mins. The second time I reached the 5 mins goal in the cold bath, it actually gets easier after the first 2 mins :). I did a few times of iterations of sauna and cold plunge. The session is 90 mins which I found it’s perfect for me. I had the most restful sleep that night which I haven’t had for along time. Sauna and cold plunge has became part of my regular routine. Thank you Orijin team for adding this wonderful service to your studio.

Just went to this spot for the first time and had a great time! The sauna and cold plunge are both super clean and new. The person at the front desk who explained the rules to me (wish I got their name!) was clear and friendly. It was my first time trying cold plunge and I was surprised I could last for a minute! There were 2 cold plunges but I only tried one, might try the other one next time. They have timers for the cold plunge, and the sauna has a 15-minute timer, with lavender essential oil and extra water you can add to the rocks. There were 2 types of tea which was a nice touch. And the VIEW is stunning of the mountains! I felt super relaxed afterwards and definitely want to try the 90 minute session next (I only did the 45 minute session this time)! My only recommendation would be to add more essential oils (at least 1 more) for guest use, such as orange, eucalyptus, etc!

I had a very peaceful and relaxing experience here! The amenities are very clean and new, and the customer service is a delight :) I have had trouble with sleep insomnia for a while, so I wanted to try sauna/cold plunge therapy to help with my sleep. Everyone at the studio was so helpful in showing me around the space and being supportive about my sleep insomnia troubles. They informed me about the benefits of cold plunge therapy too. By the end of my sauna and cold plunge session at Orijin, I felt like my body was completely rejuvenated and rebooted and it allowed me to finally rest. I concluded my session with a shower in the studio, which was also very clean and well maintained. The people at Orijin are very kind and always so helpful and supportive! I would highly recommend this studio to my family and friends!

If you're seeking a quintessential hydrotherapy experience with an emphasis on premium quality and friendly, laid-back service - Orijin Restore is must! Unlike competitors who often miss the mark on the fundamentals - Linda, Billy and team have thoughtfully curated what feels like a secret oasis in an otherwise familiar space. Extremely clean and well kept facilities. The cold plunge tubs were the perfect temp, allowing you to embrace the present moment and cool down, so you can continue enjoying the incredible custom-built sauna. Bonus points for having a sauna that allows you to adjust the humidity to your preference by adding water from the provided bucket, along with essential oils on offer. Can't wait to bring my wife here for my second session!

Loving their newly added Hot/Cold plunge sessions! Nice private little oasis area at the back, you’ll forget you’re in the city! Sauna is hot and can be made boiling hot to your tastes, while the cold plunge is Baltic cold! Either of the two baths are quite something on the first time around but with practice, anyone can go 1 minute in the cold or more, leave the body feeling invigorated and the mind clear, not to mention numerous other benefits toward speeding up metabolism and aiding in recovery. Try the hot/cold plunge after a hot yoga class for the ultimate mind and body reset!!
