Othership Adelaide

It’s was my second attempt to come and It was my second chance to fall in love with Othership and it finally happened thanks to Deidre .I was as a guest this time and I want to leave a special appreciation for Deidre. During my second visit, she helped me finally immerse myself in the cold plunge — something I couldn’t do during my first session. Her support, calm energy, and friendly communication made all the difference for me. She even offered me a beautiful sound bowl experience (I’m not sure what it’s called, but it really helped me relax because she’s magically used it in perfect second (matching time)🫣how she knew that moment!!!??? Maybe she guides customers through their breathing — and I’m very grateful for that level of professionalism. You should definitely ask her how she does it, sorry. But truly, every guest should feel as happy as I did. I also want to add that at some moments it felt like she could truly sense what I was experiencing. Her approach was so gentle, intuitive, and deeply professional that it really impressed me. Thanks to her guidance, I was able to stay in the cold water for almost two minutes, and the feeling was absolutely unforgettable. Deidre is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring with clients. This experience made me seriously consider becoming a membership holder, and I’m thankful for the positive impact she had on my visit. Kind Regards,Dina Shapoval

I really wanted to like this place and rate it higher. Celebrated my birthday here. We came for the experience before heading to dinner and overall it was good the staff were friendly and everyone was welcoming. I rated it 3 stars instead of 5 mainly because the change room area gets very crowded. I feel the space could be larger, with separate men’s and women’s change rooms, and the bathrooms could be more accessible. For example, at the end I needed to use the bathroom, which is past the cold plunge and sauna not ideal when you’re in tights and just want to dry your hair and use the bathroom. Other than that, it was great, but I personally wouldn’t choose it again for a birthday outing. I’d come on my own or try a location with more space. I haven’t visited the Yorkville location yet. One more note: they were limited in stock. I was hoping to buy a cotton sweater, but they didn’t have my size, which was disappointing. They also didn’t have red light available and at times it was so crowded it didn't give you a chance to connect with your innerworld which I find is so important. Teabags were also made in microplastic, no other options were available The staff were very nice overall. Parking was convenient.

My experience at Othership was fantastic! I loved every interaction I had with the staff. From my first time arriving, Lisa and her colleague made me feel welcome. Lisa showed me around and explained to me how the sauna sessions and classes work. Her colleagues at the sauna were also very friendly and attended to all my needs. Eric was helpful at explaining different essential oils that Othership uses. Eric further wrote down on a neat business card where I could search for Myrtle essential oil that I inquired about. Overall, this experience made my evening remarkable. This is the first place I have been to since I moved to Toronto last year in June that I have been to where I looked forward to arriving at home and writing a positive social medial review without anyone asking me to! I love this space and the free flow class. I came in with my mom, who is 80 and doesn't have much experience in this space. She's been once before and had a good experience. I am continuously blown away by the staff and journey leaders! They are always so welcoming, compassionate and supportive of her and really take their time to ensure she is getting in and out of the cold plunge tubs safely (which I immensely appreciate)! Today Mike and Stella were so friendly and accommodating. It really creates such a beautiful experience and she feels safe enough to join me and share it. So thank you! The concept is immaculately executed and the staff embody and amplify the value that's created in the space. Very grateful!

I checked out Othership for the first time the other day and tried the free flow session. I really loved the space! It was well kept and had an overall wonderful ambiance. Lammie (?) was an awesome guide and made it a fun experience. I was luckily able to go by during work hours so it was not busy at all. However, I can imagine it getting crowded at certain hours and being less enjoyable. I also really appreciated being able to stay a little longer than expected to enjoy the space even more. And the extra little touches (singing bowl treatment, complimentary tea, compostable bags for wet bathing suits..) made it all the better as well. Thank you!
