Othership is always a great experience! I really enjoy the free flows because I don’t like feeling rushed about how long to stay in the sauna or in the cold plunge. The atmosphere is amazing, and every visit feels refreshing and restorative. Last time we tried the guided flow, and while it was overall a good experience, the only thing I didn’t love was that if you’re in group two and there are too many people, you have to stay in the sauna longer than you’d like—or even step outside to cool down. That part isn’t ideal, because going outside before the cold plunge makes it harder to relax into it. After a session, my friend asked the guide about the music playing in the sauna. She said it is a secret, but it turns out it was a soundtrack from a popular movie—one that another friend actually recognized and that’s viral on Instagram. It made us wonder why it has to be so difficult. Aside from that, everything else is wonderful. I really love this place and will definitely keep coming back!

I’ve been going to Othership for several months now, and it has truly become one of my favourite places. I’ve taken part in all of their sound immersion classes, relaxation sessions, and ice baths, and every experience has been incredible. The environment is welcoming and calming, and the team makes sure you feel comfortable and supported at all times. Each session feels thoughtfully designed, whether it’s the deep relaxation of sound or the energizing challenge of the ice baths. Othership is not just about wellness—it’s about community, balance, and feeling recharged. I always leave with a clear mind and renewed energy. ★★★★☆ Othership is a really solid experience and definitely stands out if you’re into sauna and cold plunge culture. The space is beautifully designed, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, and the overall energy is calm but motivating at the same time. The guided breathwork and sauna sessions are engaging and well run, and the hot–cold circuit feels both challenging and rewarding. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, helping set the tone without being overbearing. The only reason it’s not a full five stars is that peak times can feel a bit crowded, which slightly takes away from the immersion. That said, it’s still a great reset for both body and mind, and well worth checking out.

Othership has been a truly healing and transformative space for me. it’s a place dedicated to nervous system regulation, recovery, and deep inner reset through sauna, ice baths, and guided breathwork. The instructors are incredible — knowledgeable, calming, and deeply present. Each session feels thoughtfully held, and the environment itself feels safe, warm, and intentionally designed for healing. You leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced. If you’re looking for a space focused on recovery, breath, and nervous system health rather than workouts, Othership is truly special. I’m very grateful for the impact it’s had on me.

Had a great experience, staffs were friendly and helpful. if you're visiting for the first time, make sure you get the first time bracelet so you get help navigating the space around (you can take it off once you feel confident in what you're doing). The space is aesthetic, and calm. Sauna is spacious, and they also have staffs coming in every hour to perform a ritual to move the air with a special blend of essential oil (smells earthy and wonderful). Felt rejuvenated after. Note the entire space including change room and shower is gender neutral.
