Our Spa Oshawa by Teresa

It was our first time at Our Spa by Teresa; Teresa was able to fit us in post Valentine's Day weekend despite their busy schedule. Her spa and staff are extremely friendly and hospitable. Given their busy day, our appointment was running a little behind. But it was totally fine with us as Teresa and her staff did the very best to accommodate by offering beverages and even additional spa treatments. It was absolutely wonderful being able to enjoy the ambiance of this family business; where everyone is treated with care, kindness and respect. You can really tell the team was close and were very much willing to stay open late to take care of their regulars, as well as new coming guests. The massage I received was done by Cindy who was extremely kind and funny. Teresa has the best personality and took care of my boyfriend during our couples massage. He loved it! We enjoyed our first paraffin wax treatment, back scrub as well as head massage (on top of our reg. massage)!! Teresa is an amazing person and we will be telling our friends about our lovely experience, and of course, would definitely return!! Thank you for everything (Teresa and the team)!! P.S there are also really amazing deals so be sure to ask about them.

I have not been to this spa in a few years, and for good reason. I forgot all about this place until recently when it popped up on my facebook...Which was weird because the owner, Teresa blocked me when she saw me interacting with another spa owner, childish. They might have updated their spa since my last visit, but from what I remember, very cluttered and dirty. They also use Dollerama products, I asked about this and was told "this is what Teresa gives us". I went in for a relaxation massage and the girl yelled "hey google, play meditation music" .. which okay I suppose, but then there were repeated ADs playing, not great, she also kept..um, how do I say.. She kept passing gas during the entire massage! While I was checking out and paying, the owner was complaining (to me) that the couple before me didnt tip very well and "They got such a good deal on groupon, they should have tipped at least $50 each" COME ON. I gave it another chance, the next massage was just awful, Cassy had no idea what she was doing, or she was just tired and didn't care, waste of money both times. Super unprofessional, glad I forgot about this place!

Just finished a couples retreat and talk about an incredible experience! Walking in we were greeted with nothing but a welcoming atmosphere and a wonderful lady at the front desk! The ladies we had doing our massages were just amazing, very thorough and outstanding. The food was amazing and I am so happy they were able to accommodate my fiance's eating disorder. Just an overall incredible experience that we will definitely be doing again. 1000% will be recommending these ladies to all my friends and family! And anyone reading this review should definitely give them a try! Thank you sooo much for the wonderful experience!

I went to get a manicure and pedicure done before my trip last month and I was extremely happy with the service I received. The staff are very bubbly and down to earth so I felt at home. Kelly did my manicure and pedicure and it was perfect.. they must have used a good quality polish because it didn’t chip at all.. it was just growing out so I had to remove the polish. She spent so much time with me so I appreciate all the attention I got. The prices are great as well, just go in and see.. you can beat there in store prices I’m sure!!! Thanks so much for the treatment and I’ll be back very soon :)

Yesterday was my first time at this spa. I had a full body massage, reflexology and facial treatment, it was a glorious experience. My service provider was Lisa and she was great. She took her time to ensure all my painful spots were relieved and released! She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and I love her customized approach to my body's needs. I slept like a baby last nite and woke up way less tense and inflamed! I will be back, intend on being a regular customer and highly recommend this spa!!!
