Went to their location in June to inquire about parts for our hot tub, was asked to send an email to them with all the particulars. Bought a couple items in store that they had and went home to get photos of manufacturer plate on tub so that they could get the exact info needed for our tub. Sent the info and received reply that email had been sent to manufacturer. Nothing for a couple of weeks so sent a follow-up email, they replied that the manufacturer wanted measurements of the items, which should have been all obtainable with the manufacturer plate that has the model number. I said I wanted a couple of each size of jet as I had originally requested since a few had failed and I wanted extras on hand. No problem will let manufacturer know. A few more weeks and send another update request. Oh we will have someone else look into it and contact you. No contact. Sent another email a few weeks later to advise we were shopping elsewhere since there was zero customer service here. Don’t waste your time here, go find someone that cares about your business.

I am like a lot of people who would prefer to support local businesses. This week I am opening my pool. I decided to re-plumb and do some maintenance work. I called your Regina store late last week to ask about 1.5" solid pipe. I was quoted three times the price that is available from other sources. Today I called about a replacement o-ring for my filter. I was quoted $110 plus tax. The same oem part is available from other sources for $29.95. I am happy to pay a little extra to the local business that stocks parts because I know it is an investment to do that. Your pricing preys on people who do not check options. Further more, what is it about the culture of the Regina store? How is it that the staff behaves in such a condescending manner. Are they in some way better than the customers that walk in the door or call in? A rhetorical question, they are not in any way better than anyone. It is too bad because Regina can easily support a good pool business. So think I am in some way a jerk for the submission, or take advantage of honesty.

We have been pool and hot tub customers for many years and this bouquet is for Cheryl and Krista. Cheryl has been a wealth of knowledge in every sector of the store from water analysis to equipment troubleshooting and if she doesn’t have an answer for you she’ll find one. Krista has been extremely helpful and understanding with some significant issues we have encountered as well. Customer service and satisfaction is a priority for both of these ladies! Thank you Cheryl and Krista! Dawna M
