If your going in for a water analysis be careful on what your advised. You could be a professional 6 month in upto 10+ years in the Job but don't upsell just to make money off potential clients that are new to the Pool-Spa game. If there going to sell you a product that "might" fix the problem, walk away. It's just a way for them to make money and say "Sorry I can't help you" after using there products. If you have a HotTub or Spa and your levels are way out of spec drain your water and Do Not Get caught up buy something that will not fix the problem. It would have been nice if I was told right away that there is no product that will fix your problem and we don't recommend adding anything to your spa. Empty and come back. Also, We're sorry to hear these item's did not work and we stand by our product and have no problem replacing or crediting your account. What's more important, building a great long lasting relationship with your customers or closing the door on them? Nope good luck! I'm not gonna argue about this But I'm sure this will be a highlight when someone comes over or someone looking for a reference on FB or other platforms. I've already reached out by email and phone. Did not improve anything! You have been warned!!

Very nice showroom. Staff is super knowledgeable and quick with info and pricing. Realistic options and installation timelines...which is quite nice as it will prevent any negative experiences caused by promises made that can't be honoured. A very large selection of pools, both for chlorine and salt options, as well as sizes. Pool heaters for propane or gas are offered as well as different types of steps into the pool. As I mentioned Associates are very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions posed to them on the spot. We were able to obtain all the information required and a quote within 15 minutes. There are many sales associates on the floor so the waiting time is quite minimal, even during their peak season. They also offer patio furniture, jacuzzis, hot tubs, pool equipment, accessories and much much more. They have multiple outdoor displays of assorted gazebos, gorgeous tables and other patio furniture. Prices are competitive and installation is professional and reliable. Service is lovely here, and customers are treated with respect....andwe observed the employees treat each other well. #localguide

The staff here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had to attend multiple times in a day, due to problems found during my pool opening, and they spent time ensuring I had all the right products for the job, while still ensuring it was as cost effective as possible. They had everything I needed in stock and appear to have a.good selection of goods. Little to no wait times as they have sufficient staff on the floor at all times (while I attended at least). Didn't compare prices, but the service alone would be worth doing your business here. Thanks for all the great suggestions, my pool is open and crystal clear once again.

I am deeply disappointed with the pool cleaning service I received. Despite paying an extra fee to have my pool cleaned and opened quicker on April 29, it remains unusable nearly a month later. Even after purchasing and using a cleaning robot, the pool is still incredibly dirty. (I have the video to prove it and I’m attaching a photo of my pool prior to the « cleaning » so they don’t come up and say it was « Too dirty to clean it » no sir it was not, a simple vacuum and shook treatment should have been sufficient. Due to this experience, I will be buying my pool heater and spa from another provider.

Nothing but good things to say about Parco, from sales in purchasing our spa and pool, to the excellent service department. When our new spa was installed, we had some issues (in the end, nothing to do with Parco, it was a mis-wired circuit), and it was very reassuring to receive very rapid responses and great support from the service team (shoutout to Manon, Maxime and Pierre-Luc!). This first experience validated our choosing them - if you are looking for a team that will put you first, look no further!
