I came here during a work trip in Jan and literally bid my schedule to do the same trip again in Feb just to come back to this spa. The value for the price is amazing! $50 + tax for a day pass for this beautiful spa. I spent hours there each time, the first time I got the Borealis face treatment which was very relaxing and felt very nice, I would definitely recommend. The ambiance is extremely relaxing, the facilities are beautiful, and it's easy to get lost in the swirling steam rising from the hot tubs outside! 4 hot tubs, 2 saunas, 2 steam rooms, and a wonderful relax room where there's always free hot tea. A beautiful spot and I absolutely recommend especially for the price. The ONE thing I will say is that the cleanliness wasn't perfection, however still very clean. Also some lights in the hot tub were flickering. Even with these the rating is still 5/5!

I went for a manicure and pedicure at the spa and overall I received good service. All staff were kind and attentive. However, I don't believe I recieved the service for the price I paid. My manicure with gel nail polish is not perfect, and she was definitely not a professional. I asked repeatedly to cover the missed spots. For my pedicure, the lady asked me to put my feet into the water and it was only steaming hot water. She forgot to test the water first. It was not pleasant for me. Super nice atmosphere though! I will like to try their spa next time.

First time going for a massage. My husband and I both took a Swedish massage and we both loved it. So relaxing and we felt better afterwards. They targeted the areas where we needed it the most. What a wonderful experience. Also later that day my daughter and I had our nails done. Ok yes they do not do acrylics but the gel nails that they do turned out beautiful. We had the whole works. A massage and exfoliate as well. We loved it.

Very clean and relaxing spot despite its location. The outdoor garden is quite nice and I enjoy that there is an indoor “cave-like” option. I had a facial which was incredible as it included some foot massage as well! It was incredibly relaxing. I docked one star because it was oddly difficult to find water refill stations. An establishment that has tons of $2000-$5000 chairs should be able to afford a proper water refill station…

I love this spa! I had a facial with Lucy and a massage with Corinne. Both experiences were wonderful and more than met my expectations. The people are both friendly and professional. The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing. I will certainly be booking a treatment if I am ever back this way. Thank you for a relaxing day.
