Penticton Headspa

My friend and I booked the Signature package, and it was genuinely the best head spa experience I’ve ever had. We were even able to be side by side in the same room, relaxing on beautiful heated beds with perfect support for our knees and backs. It felt luxurious from the moment we settled in. The way my hair was handled during the treatment was wonderful—I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep at least once. The only part that could be improved was the drying and brushing stage. I usually press the moisturizer out of my hair rather than rubbing it, since vigorous rubbing can cause breakage and frizz. I also prefer using a wide‑tooth comb, starting at the ends and working upward, instead of a wet brush from the top down. The latter created large knots and made things more difficult for my junior stylist. Even with that small note, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely go back and would even make a special trip to Penticton just to experience it again.

We were so happy with the treatment we received! It starts with a dry head, neck, scalp and neck massage which was so relaxing. After that we received scalp and hair treatment and ended with a shoulder and neck massage. The prices are very reasonable, the staff are professional and kind and the place is very clean and well maintained. We will be back and highly recommend it!

Can’t rave enough about this place. They have created the most serene environment, tucked away in the back of the salon. Very relaxing ambiance - you feel like you’re in a real spa. Also served us delicious tea and I left with my hair feeling SO soft. They use Davines products which I love. My husband did it with me also and loved his. Great for date night or solo pampering.

I had a 90min appointment yesterday that was absolutely incredible! Thank you Savanna for you professionalism and amazing skills. The whole experience from the moment I walked in was wonderful!! Highly recommend as a gift for someone or to yourself! A bit of luxurious relaxation on a Tuesday afternoon is good for the soul ❤️✌️

Such a wonderful and unique experience, one of my new favourite spa treatments for sure. My hair looks and feels incredible, it has never felt healthier or cleaner. Penticton Head Spa is exceptionally professional with a great attention to detail. I highly recommend them!
