Pickering Angels Spa

This was my second visit to this massage spa, and it will definitely be my last. I arrived at 1:30 AM, and the therapist (Eva) came to the room around 1:46 AM. Since the spa closes at 2:00 AM, I asked her before starting if it was too late. She said it was fine and that we could continue until 2:10–2:20 AM. I even offered to come another day if it was an issue, but she insisted it was okay. During the session, I felt very uncomfortable due to strong body odor and bad breath from the therapist. I mentioned this politely, without trying to be disrespectful. Instead of handling it professionally, Eva became very rude and blamed me, saying that I smelled bad, which was upsetting and untrue. I had taken a shower just minutes before arriving. Inside the room, her attitude became aggressive, and she said to me, “Do you want to end or do you want to keep going?” After being spoken to that way, I honestly did not feel comfortable continuing the session at all. The session ended early, and by 2:00 AM I was already outside without receiving the full service. At the front desk, the receptionist—who knows me very well—did not listen to my complaint at all. She simply took the money and ignored what I was trying to explain. Overall, the lack of professionalism from both the therapist and the front desk was very disappointing. I would not recommend this place. Please save your money and go somewhere that treats customers with respect.

Absolutely amazing experience after a long time. Selena was incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Her technique was smooth, confident, and deeply relaxing, with just the right balance of sensual energy and skill. Used to be a classy place. My latest experience was with Cassie. no smiles at intro, dry like a bone. I am waiting 15 minutes in the room and no show. Had to dress up and leave. Management please take note. Such a waste of time. Shame!
