As for after-sales service and repairs, it's a complete failure. They never return calls and lie repeatedly. I won't buy anything from them again, not even a $1 part. I had to take legal action with a formal notice and a complaint to the consumer protection office.

I had a problem with my spa and it's true that it took a long time but it wasn't their fault but that of the subcontractor. Since the subcontractor never gave me the service, Nicolas offered me a new spa. Excellent service from him. Thanks again
