This pool is truly the worst public pool I've ever visited with my family. It's very small, yet the lifeguards have reserved the entire deep end (literally half the pool) for the exclusive use of a water slide (the diving board was out of order, but apparently intact). Their rules are so strict that they only allow swimmers to enter and exit via ladders, rather than using the edges to slide in or out. The strictness is always the same: only one swimmer at a time for the ENTIRE DEEP SIDE. A swimmer can only slide down the slide and then immediately exit (via the ladder only, unless they want to be reprimanded). ONE AT A TIME. It's infuriating. The pool is public, and yet, with these obscure rules, very few people can enjoy it. No other pool in Montreal has such strict rules. What a shame. Everything is super clean, the staff are great too, but there aren't enough opening hours for adult free swimming with and without a corridor in the evening; 45 minutes would be sufficient.

The pool needs parasols and a table, and above all, the grass needs to be removed, as it is useless. There are lots of ants and... A little repair would be perfect. Thank you.

Great pool not too warm or cold...could use a bit more chairs and such to relax after a swim...could be another stupid Covid thing... next season perhaps?

Beautiful large outdoor pool, the water is good, very pleasant to swim outdoors. Candiac is a real seaside resort!
