Piscines Campbell Pools

We purchased an above ground oval pool in early May and had it installed recently. I primarily liaised with Tyler throughout the process and received excellent service. I was initially concerned about space available in my backyard for the pool we wanted, so Tyler volunteered to stop by and check out the backyard and reassured me that we had the space we needed and that the installation should go fairly smoothly, which it did. We ran into a couple of snags that were beyond anyone’s control, and both Tyler and Kelsey, along with the installation team, were very accommodating to ensure that things kept moving forward. Thank you. My kids are now enjoying the swimming pool just in time for the hot weather.

I called yesterday morning regarding replacing our above ground pool pump which I was advised they had in stock. I went in about an hour later and the two staff that were there were extremely helpful with guiding me as to which pump to get! The chemicals needed to get my pool back up to standards and a few extra things I needed! Both the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Very impressed with the service & prices!

Went in today and was kind of appalled by the way the manager treated the young girl on cash. He made a comment about how “she didn’t know what she was talking about” and that she “does not listen”. I think this is highly unprofessional especially Infront of customers. I certainly hope that girl was given an apology after as she was so young and didn’t deserve to be spoken to in such a way. Very disappointing to see.

Huge shout out to Tyler for quick professional service! I scheduled three appointments with another company and all three appointments the owners were a no show! Once I contacted Tyler, he answered all our questions and left us very satisfied customers. I highly recommend Campbell's pools, Tyler is very patient and after a visit with him, you will have no questions go unanswered.

Really great professional service by Kelsey. She served me really well and knew everything about what I needed. I would give this young lady a raise. Absolutely positive and to the point. Amazing customer service! Need more people like Kelsey!!
