I would give them a zero if I could, worst customer service ever. Charge 3 times retail for the chemicals used.For example , 12 packages of shock were $150. Go to Costco and it’s $50. And I’m sure they don’t pay retail prices. Last 2 invoices were $1400. 5 days before my contract expired, they charged me for additional 6.75 kg of chemicals ($160,) Sorry but my pool is NOT Olympic size. Totally incredible.! Buyer beware…. I’m impressed by your response, so well crafted. Total boilerplate response as far as I am concerned. Your products worked so well, that algae was growing at the bottom of the pool 2 days after your weekly cleaning was performed. Why in the world would you add $150 in chemicals when you KNEW that my contract was expiring in 5 days!!! Why did you not ask me first?????????????? Hmm maybe one final atrocious charge. Don’t bother responding, unless you’re refunding my $150.. but I’m not holding my breath.

We have used this company ever since we bought the house over 10 years ago. Can’t say enough about how great this company is for taking care of our pool every spring and fall. Great customer service as well.
