My wife and I visited Pocca Poca - Japanese Detox Spa & Massage Therapy yesterday and had a wonderful experience. We tried both the massage and ganban-yoku, and everything exceeded our expectations. The space is clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed, with a very authentic Japanese atmosphere. The staff were professional, attentive, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The massage was deeply relaxing and well-executed, and the ganban-yoku session was incredibly soothing and helped us fully unwind. We also purchased some face masks after the treatment, and they turned out to be excellent. They felt gentle on the skin and very hydrating, and we noticed a clear difference after using them. It was a great addition to the overall experience. This was a perfect visit for couples looking to relax and reset together. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and very satisfied. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back.

The guy at the desk had an incredibly calming voice, kind of gave me ASMR. I’ve never enjoyed listening to an orientation so much. The kimonos and sandals were comfortable. The ganban-yoku was incredibly relaxing, it was both hotter and less hot than I expected, not really sure how to explain it but I got a decent little sweat going. The sweat you get in there isn’t very salty which was also weird but I didn’t smell bad at all after. The massage was great, it was my first professional massage ever so I didn’t really know what to expect but I didn’t realize how tense and sore I was until I was on the table. My guy really found my trigger points and worked them. The ambiance was very nice and relaxing. Overall great experience. Will book longer ganban-yoku for sure next time, 30 mins went by very quickly. Great for this cold spell we’re having

I lay on the heated stone bed for over 30 minutes and sweated a lot, feeling much lighter afterward. Last week, I also tried their shoulder and neck massage for the first time. The therapist paid close attention to pressure and adjusted it carefully throughout the session. I felt deeply relaxed during the massage, and the tension in my shoulders and neck was noticeably relieved. I really like this place and will definitely come back again. I would also highly recommend it to friends who are looking for a relaxing and high-quality experience.
