Pure Spa

I work on a cruise ship and we endure very long hours on our feet. So when I found out there was a spa near port I was ecstatic and very fortunate to have been scheduled for a 90 min massage w/ Lori... I've had many massages and acupuncture treatments in my life and I had one of the best massages if not THE BEST massage by Lori. It was so good I booked two more times. She is truly magnificent and very intuitive, which is something that can't be taught. I wish she lived in San Diego. Pure Spa is lucky to have a brilliant massage therapist.

Appointment was booked nearly a week in advance with a specific, requested aesthetician. Upon arrival, I was informed—without consultation—that a “switch” had been made, despite the originally requested aesthetician being present and available. The change occurred 10–15 minutes after I arrived, with no discussion or alternative offered. Completely disrespectful handling of a pre-booked appointment. I’ll be avoiding future bookings.

This is not my first time coming here for Botox; the service has always been excellent before. However, today’s doctor made me feel that he was very impatient and wanted to rush me out. There was no preparation or explanation, and he completed all the injections while sitting on the stool with the needle in hand. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a doctor, and I was shocked.

I had a facial with Kelly and a relaxation massage with Iryna today and both services were fantastic. It was my first facial so Kelly walked me through the process and made my skin feel the best it's ever felt. Iryna was so professional and it was the best massage I've ever had. Can't wait to go back for another spa day with these wonderful ladies!! Can't recommend enough!!

I had my lashes done by Katy and I LOVE the result. She is skilled and so quick! A week later, they are still going strong!—The last time I got them done at another spa they barely lasted, so I am so impressed with both the initial result and I have reason to believe they will last at least a full 8 week cycle ☺️☀️. Thank you for boosting my confidence!
